Well done. I never use the factory flares, but other than that I install them the same way. I can't count the number of times I've ran out of nitro and used argon instead! Nice job!
Looks great! Stability...I just did one and hung the indoor unit from Ceiling then ran lines UP into attic. Routed lines in attic to go over then down to the OUTSIDE and it worked. LOVE my mini split GO DELLA! (Panasonic makes it).
My now ex husband installed one of these with an electrician and then when he left he took it with him and now I’m going to try to install a new one. 😳
Yes the unit itself is pre charged, but the line set and evaporator are not, they need to be connected, then vacuumed down, after that you release the gas from the unit
@@Mikebuildss It would be nice to show the procedure of charging and vacuuming the lines...that seems to be the part most have trouble with...but nice video
I can't find anyone to install it..they use warranty as an excuse, but its really the markup is why they won't install it. Was getting insane quotes on other units from $4K-$8K....nuckin futs! Will have to do my own install...doesn't look like brain surgery!

It’s not to hard!
Rock on good for you!
If he left the electrical supply there it should be a breeze for you!
maybe you shouldn’t have made him leave.
@@happyfuntimepewpew it was the best thing that I ever did. 😉
Hello good afternoon, I would like to know if it worked well in heating mode. What do you have to tell me?
Yes it worked pretty good!
Can you specify what disconnect box you used and what fuses? Thanks.
@@gabbanelli93 I used a 20 amp fuse, the unit should say what fuse is required
Did you have to buy extra hose? Or did they supply enough?
It had just enough for my setup, but you can buy longer lines, after a certain length you will need more has so keep that in min.
interesting install
Can you use a 230v converter to 120v to connect on a normal outlets?
This unit is already 120! They come in both 120 and 240
How many Amp is your disconnect box?
20
Wiring in the unit would be very helpful
I was afraid people would get mad because I’m not a certified electrician
what black tape did you use to wrap lines?
Electrical tape, may leave sticky stuff though
Electrical tape
Can you provide a link to the outdoor mount you used?
Yes when I get home I’ll add a link

This is the link to the one I used, but most are the same
I understand wiring for these things is pretty straight forward, but include that next time.
Will do man I’ll do my best to help!
I think it's the wiring many are apprehensive about.
These are advertised as "precharged" on Amazon

Is it this way honestly
Just paid 600 to have mine installed and it just beeps 😔
