I don't know why this question popped into my head all the sudden, but it might be good to mention in your next newbie or hotel video. One of the first questions a girl will ask is 'Where are you staying', 1) to figure out travel time back and forth and 2) to figure out your possible budget range. The question is - how much does you hotel choice influence getting a 'yes' from a girl. or Would you notice a difference in your success rate staying in these hotels vs nicer ones? A good quick topic to touch on in a future video.
I appreciate for your video. It's really really useful for budget traveling. I like your videos despite I am Russian spoken person. Thank You so much👍and keep on moving further
pretty good prices!... Daz can you do a walk about on Soi 6 and give us updated prices on Bar fines, beer cost and ST & LT prices. I keep hearing that the cost over all has gone down, but most of the bars their don't allow the girls to do LT...only ST.
@@shroomshroom425 i just cameback from soi6 and pattaya. i think prices are gone up guys, ST in soi6 is from 1500 up, i did ask for any LT but prices are up compared to before.
Informative video. Only nitpick is I would like you to get a shot of the toilet in each of the rooms. That's the one thing I am a bit picky about. I want it to look clean and proper, and is often the one part of cheaper rooms that is the least attractive.
In January in a week, I changed 3 hotels in Soi 9 , $ 50,$ 35 & $ 30 per room!. Prefer to stay a minute from Central & Starbucks for 8am coffee @ the Beach Road .
Wow... these prices will be difficult to beat.👍 Thank You! Also, at some point, a video or series describing the various Soi's will be incredibly helpful, i.e., the pros & cons, what are the differences, attractions, prices, etc... Thanks Again!
All great options, I liked the 2nd larger one w/ the sofa, that would work great. The only thing is that it's got to be noisy, probably best for stays of a week or less.
You've done these wonderful cheap rooms and hotels videos but I can't remember if you've done a video on pools that offer day use for a few hundred baht. That would be helpful to know for the places around bukhao.
Cheap as chips that last one, don’t think I could stand the noise being that central though. Have you done a video on house rental? I’ve been looking on various letting sites and seen some lovely detached 3 bed houses for around £5-600 a month. If I plan to retire there that’s the option I would go for personally. A video on something like that would be very helpful.
Thanks Daz for making this video of very cheap central Pattaya Hotels. Is it possible that you could make another video showing slightly higher prices of Central Pattaya Hotels that have a nice clean swimming pool please as i plan to visit Pattaya later this year. It would also be fantastic if you could now and again show your UK subscribers what the Foreign Money exchange rate is at the Yellow TT exchange booths when changing £50 UK Bank of England notes to Thai baht. I plan to bring cash with me to exchange. I also have a Kasikorn Trat City bank account and i would love to know what their exchange rates are and their charges.Tks Daz. 😊😊😊
Jl hotel. Wow 8000 that is cheap and very good man I am going stay there may 18 what else do we need it’s cheap balcony close to everything wow great stream thank u very much I just email them for may
now how can you go wrong with these very cheap hotels right in the middle of all the action. It's party time. I did like the last one with the sink and microwave, but the one across the street was much larger with couches. having coffee shops and restaurants all around within walking distance makes these hotels very appealing. thank you for the vlog. whats the best time of year to come for a months stay. I plan on going to the philippines in february, so I'd like to plan around that.
That first place was a good one. 10 baht/unit for the electricity, though. The second place was, as well, especially the 700 baht room. The third place was a bargain per month. Soi B is the last place I'd want to stay, though.
nice rooms but might be a tad bit noisy at night. I like Opey De Place hotel really nice but a bit more per month but very quiet and very close to everything
HI Dan fantastic Video's on Hotels Can you show in similar Locations any of the Chain Hotels on budget or mid Range Hotels on chain EG Holiday inn or similar
Gents, book hotel room for 3 days only, 100's hotels around here, just walk in & ask ......................I don't book rooms any more, just walk with my backpack into hotel & get a room .................TRAVEL LIGHT!.
Can you do a show on hotels in Soi Dianna ?? Those hotels around AU$30 to AU$50 P/N. That first hotel did it have tea and coffee making facilities in the room ?? Lock out time for night revellers ??
@@jorgenmansson4269 Old videos are not current in prices (especially) and cleanness. I am looking at Doi Dianna and possibly Robin's Nest and other accommodation in their price range.
Hi Daz In Perth Western Australia but looking to retire in five years. My question is , is this possible to do by just getting 90 day visas 3 times a year? Regards Gordon P.s And would I be able to get a rental property on a one year lease without full visa
the only 'problem' with a room dead smack in the center of all those bars is one of your rules about bar-fining and bringing a fishy back to your room.... sort of being a wise guy but I guess it's true ;)
I appreciate you showing the low priced hotels, but they have no extras. But they are very cheap. I guess you get what you pay for. I would like to see something a little nicer, with a pool and a elevator.
You can find some real gems of cheap hotels, you generally find them to have bigger rooms, cleaner and the staff being more friendly more than the big hotel's, ok the cheap rooms don't have swimming pool and gyms than the big hotel's to be honest who uses them.
Daz, you are an overflowing fountain of valuable information 👍🏽. This will help so much on my next visit. Thanks for the great work.
Another advantage of booking one of these rooms is that no girl ever will ask you to become her sponsor after see has seen it ;-)
I can promise you that would not stop them....
whahahahahahaha
Right up close to Heaven Above, win, win😊
As less you spend for the bed, as more you have for the beers
Thank you Daddy Daz for your great work !!!
... and please never ever try ARCHA beer ... that is complete bitter horse pi...
Great Video thank you soo much.. My husband and I love that area when we stay In Pattaya...........
Great info. Their fridges are larger than in the higher rated hotel rooms. Thanks.
The last one is perfect if you just want something simple and cheap

The main reason they ask is distance, more than hotel quality
Sans oublier qu’ils peuvent demander si il y a une piscine à l’hôtel

A balcony of some kind is a must , but I have concerns about noise levels ?
sometimes they have rooms at the back
I like the 2nd Place you showed with black sofa but all 3 are clean and comfortable looking.....do the first 2 have after hours entrance?
All have separate entrances

Daz from memory there are a few nightclubs or gogo bars in that area. Would be noisey till 2am?
Those clubs are the next soi over, that soi is quiet.
No, the open bars are too far away IMO
no, that Soi is pretty quiet
I don’t know why people will rent room without a pool. It seems absolutely necessary in a Thailand.
I suppose water + electric cost extra at monthly rental on the last place?
Yes, correct

9 days

Soi 6

Yes, of course
9000b or 16000 b the pace is bargain 😮
Why would anyone rent an apartment above a bar in the middle of the action? No matter the price.
The second one has big rooms but the colours make it feel really depressing in there.
