I've walked past the Mint Mansion in the morning and afternoons. It always seems to have the sun shining directly onto the balconies, which are all facing the same way.
@@everythingPattayaI'm wanting to visit Thailand for the very first time. How are things in Pattaya in March and April? Are these good months to visit? Thanks!
these are great, id really appreciate a video on both maxxcity and maxxcentral, i know youve done maxxcity, it would be cool to see both in the same video. It has also been a while so maybe the rooms and amenities have slightly changed?
maxxcity is similar in price (for the smallest room) and feels a bit more homely...doesnt follow the cookie cutter style that these hotels have, I think a lot of people would be lucky to see it in your videos again.
Hi some good finds there. Im in Jomtien. I have never stayed high season before and was worried about high monthly rent prices. Next to the Laguna beach resort 2 I found City Condo for 8000 bht a month. When I went to book it in person she asked for a 10.000 bht deposit...Seems a little high. Fingers crossed I get it back.
Hi Daz always impressing me you have always nice places . Dee Budget Hotel I love it the price is really good for a month and the room is a good size and bathroom with shower and instead of curtain is door that is a plus and compare to the 2 other the deposit is lower there and elec&water are include just one question you forget to tell if they were a safe box in the closet of Dee Budget . Me personally I will not go in soi6 maybe go 1 night just to see but me my style is gents bar my friend got a gent club in soi chaiyapoon I'm sure you know him Trevor is the owner of Buzzin Lounge so me I will be there what I love about your first hotel it's quiet and not far from center of Pattaya thank you so much for your hard work and good video again have a excellent day Daz and take care and stay safe sawatdeekhrap kopkounmakkrap. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Depends how much you run the AC. I bought a large floor fan, and don't use it at all. If you run AC 24/7, electric will be at least 3k/month @ 10 baht. That's more than double the government rate.
Those look Ok for temporary. I get depressed thinking about it for retirement though. Hell, I wanted to be on a private island with a yacht somewhere in my final years.
Decent places for budget. What about something that's a bit nicer in the 30K range? If I'm staying a month or two it'd be nice to have more amenities like great views, etc.
that mint mansion is a bad deal on a year contract 160000 baht 6 months hi season is 90000 baht plus 6 months lo season is 72000 baht thats together 162000 baht you only get a discount of 2000 baht for signing a whole year what a joke if you like high season 80000 baht for 6 months is a reasonable price
15k is not really "budget". Maybe for a rich youtuber like you LOL They are all nice looking. May Mansion on high floor for 12K is not bad. To me "budget" is like 8K to 9K. Good videos !
I'm sure this is a dumb question and has been asked and answered before but, I just found this channel. I'm heading to Thailand in a few weeks for the first time and while I'm not going specifically for the 'night activities' I do plan to partake a bit. I'll be staying in Bangkok for 4 day then heading to Pattaya for another 8. Question is - how do you tell a lady boy from a real woman? From videos I've watched on Thermae, Nana, Cowboy, Walking street, beach road etc they show some really pretty women only to say that they're lady boys. So how do you tell the difference without just coming out and asking which I'd think would piss her off if she's not. I'm also guessing that there's no need to worry about it in the bars unless it's a gay bar. Thanks and thanks for the informative videos!
Ha Ha , you just answered your own question when you said a real woman would be pissed off if you ask her and her reaction would be completely different to a LB, that's how you know. So say to the girl, " Are you a LB " and watch the reaction, a LB will be all coy and laugh, but a real girl will react negatively, then you say, " I was only joking " and laugh
@ yes I think if I stayed for a month it’s still a good deal if people have a year contract I think people could say there pay 6 baht a unit that is actually a good video Daz never seen one mentioned that ?
cardboard box to lie down on and jacket for a pillow you can sleep wherever you want. In all seriousness though just ask around the locals will know of places super cheap but room that barely fits a bed and no AC.
Why do you have to email them? That seems weird and not conducive to them finding new tenants as most do what you do Daz and just walk in and inquire about a room. Also 10 baht per unit of electric is highway robbery. To charge 15k and then add that seems greedy to me just my 2 cents. While it may only end up being $80 in high season (cooler months) I have heard horror stories of how high electric bill can get during the hotter months unless you can handle the heat with just a fan (I can't).
I’m glad it’s not just me that can’t raise a smile out of hoteliers. It’s the same in restaurants and shops. Some of them won’t even look at you. Disinterested and miserable, the lot of them.
You're right, the first one was a good deal, with water & electric included, I wish I seen that a month ago. Thanks Daz for the updates.
I like that last one, not too pretentious but with good vibes. Nice manager as well.
Awesome information. Thinking about going to Thailand next year and work from there for a month so this is perfect. Thanks!
Much love and respect, you always do a great job, thank you for your time and effort
Mint Mansion is a good bargain. Nice balcony view! 😁👍🏼 I'll be in touch.

All look good value. Thanks for the video
Hi Daz, good morning. Can you please include safety box availability in your review too
Very good rooms .. Thank you .. Second one i would pick for a layout ... last one so you can cook
Good stuff, Daz! Cheers!
another greatly informative video. are there Pratamnak Budget Hotels?
Could you mention if there's a Bhat Bus Route near the hotels? This is the best Pattaya guide online. No over excited voices, nice calm presentation.
If a hotel is on a baht bus route, I normally mention it
Surely a man of your talents could find a real life assistant to talk on your videos! Blimey. The woman in Mint Mansion was cheerful! 😂😂
Ha Ha but, this one is more beautiful and free LOL

Thank you for taking the time.
Cheers Daz last one is good
Good video Daz, I think I asked that kind,a little while ago... that'll be a great help mate,.. can we have more like that please
Excellent video, thanks so much.
Great video!
Thank you.
Perfect timing
Thanks Daz, are these places all pretty much the same for access to restaurants, street food, pharmacy and groceries? I assume so.
The first hotel has a 7/11 right next to it. And there is a food market to the right of Soi 6
Thank you for this very informative video.
I would like to stay for a month in a budget hotel with a swimming pool.
Do you have any recommendations?
What I think is they should give a firm price with the government rate on electricity instead of profiteering by adding additional per unit.

not to mention it has a full functional kitchen
Your AI lady has an Aussie accent, nice
Sunday week ill be there woooo hooooo
the only problem I have with "budget" hotels... is the security of my stuff.. in Bangkok and pattaya rather than anywhere else in Thailand..
Same here, but I use a Loctote security bag.
@rafaelcastillo2636 consider a pacsafe exomesh that allows you to lock your bag to a piece of furniture... that what I use for my bag in my room..

Just before COVID the prices were 8k off season and 10-11k high season for a lot of places. A nice place went for 15-18k per month.

How safe is a safety box if there is a master code/key that staff have ?
Nice
curious about the 10baht elec. cost at 2nd place. what would that be per/month?
78 bucks

how far of a walk is the last one from second road or from Central pattaya road?
About 10 mins
All three looked great.
Exelent Infos AS allways

Hi how about a video on places where we can get laundry done
Is the monthly rate 30 days or 28 days?
You didn't show if the first hotel had a safety deposit box in the room. A place to store your valuables is pretty high up on my list of requirements.
I never trust a safety box, someone always have the master code or they just steal the whole box, I put stuff under the bed mattress in the center
you go brother~
Danke fürs teilen, danke für die Übersetzung 🙏
Do these places have free wi-fi?
Yes
Has the first one have a pool
No, sorry
What happened to the intro music, that was your signature introduction and so Zen, I miss it?

Did you get your hairdresser to be your assistant? LOL 🤣🤣
What months are considered Low Season ?
Low Season is !st May to 1st Nov, officially, but really it starts about March
So when is the first catwalk video that the young lady is referring to?
There have already been about 15, there is a New One EVERY WEEK on the Patreon channel, link is below
Look below the video and click the Patreon link, there are dozens of Uncut and Catwalk videos there, for the price of a cup of coffee.

Can Westerners buy a 7-11 franchise?
Don't think so, unless you are married to a Thai and it's in her name
How much is electricity? Daz 10 baht wow it should be 5 baht
It will work out about $80 a month
