Hey man I hope you see this before I do the install. I ordered the extension from DC5creations like you did, but I also have the HardRace tie rods + ends, extended K-tuned ball joints, and PCI slider. Will this be enough to correct the geometry? Or do I also need inverted tie rod ends? Thanks a lot and god bless!

The riser creates more bump steer. PCI proved the stock tie rod bracket works best
I noticed less bump steer on my setup. Its not placebo either because i had terrible bumper steer and now i don't. If you want to use stock then go for it. Im not forcing anyone to do something they don't wanna do.
@@TexasHondaChannel what you’re feeling is the slider improvement. Because those make a huge difference because of how terrible factory design is
Keeping the Tie Rods straight is an absolute must though. It's a lot like when lowering the car and having your axles on an angle the entire time..the geometry needs to be straight or you'll run into problems. Secondly, do you have a link for the source where PCI proved the riser creates more bump steer? Thanks. Can't seem to find it.

@@justinholloway5210what he proved was that at stock ride height the riser is no good. At 2” lower the arc of the inverted toe rod leveled out. So if your car is lowered 2” under suspension travel it will have significantly less bump steer. You won’t see that massive toe ramp he’s showing because you’ll be starting travel at -2” not stock height. Look at the stock setup curve once it gets to 2” the toe curve is spiking up.
Conclusion stock height stock setup better
2” lowered inverted tie rod or rack riser wins
You have to give it to Honda for making their vehicles easy to work on. I always enjoy working on our accord.

I wanted to ask does anything leak out by cutting the rubber to remove the rack slider when you daily your car. I have the parts just wanted ask about that and I know there are o rings underneath the bolts. That’s why I’m asking and thanks for the videos!!

Unfortunately no. They stopped making them years ago. Only place to find good superchargers now days are used from market place on Facebook or offer up. :(
Could you confirm if the the riser has helped and or eliminated bump-steer?
Rumor on the EP3 forums is that the riser actually increases bump-steer.

Got a quick question, just installed my shg slider and i made sure i greased the part up, now when i drive my steering wheel doesnt automatically go back to center after i make turns. Am i missing something?

whats the difference between the metal sliders and the reinforced plastic like an SHG? why did you pick one over the other?

Yeah get SHG. The aluminum slider will create more friction wear being metal on metal.
I'm not sure why this video was created without doing the slightest bit of research on the riser. First off; DC5 creations copied that billet slider from other companies. Secondly; risers are shown to increase bumpsteer. Straightening the tie rods is NOT what you want if you know how bumpsteer geometry works they should intersect instant center. Thirdly, how can you tell us you noticed bumpsteer improved. Are you trying to tell us you can notice less than inch of toe adjustment under suspension travel without no bumpsteer gauge or any serious racing background?
The tie rods come straight stock bro😂 the riser is for lowered cars ONLY. You need to do research. No idea how you got 10 likes.

From what I know the outer tie rods are tapered into the shock so It’s not possible to flip

The slider is good bc the oem one kinda sucks but the riser will have the opposite effect concerning bumpsteer

I bought these and the jackspania slider it didn’t even fit a few things I bought from jackspania hasn’t fit want be buying from them again and they haven’t emailed me back
