Tackling the easiest and the hardest parts of the AWD Rsx Swap!
In this video, we cut and welded out the driveshaft tunnel under the car, as well as welded in the top diff brace from the Hub City Performance AWD Mount Kit.
We wired up the Deatschwerks FS 2.0 Fuel cell surge tank with a brushless 440 pump and a controller. In the next video, we should get this thing started up and ripping shortly!

I drove the hell out of an RSX, making me want another. Custom fuel tanks were always the hurdle with these.
i am so bummed to see garrett not with you full time man. hes a fantastic fit for your team.
Keep the sheet metal brake, with a tubing bender you have the base tools for just about any fab. Until cnc came out these are what built a lot of the classic hot rods, unless you want to also start bending curves in the panels.
My wife wants to see the pink jeep work and we both enjoy the videos with her in it. 😁

Great setup. The guy who modded the RSX trailing arm said after making the slots, the alignment shop was able to get perfect alignment!!! Hope it works out

I've got a 2004 tsx 6sp and wanting AWD. So crv rear trailing arms with spindles will work? But makes wheels move forward?
Yeah correct bro the first gen crv rear traili g arms n axles u can use on rsx n bolts right on n yes it moves wheels forward a lil in back
It felt like a crime leaving the #70 like but it wouldn't have stayed 69 forever lol
