L Arginine for ED, Pre Workout, Blood Pressure -------
Pumpkin seeds have one of the highest concentrations of arginine. One cup of dried pumpkin seeds contains 6.905 grams of the amino acid. Other seeds with a high amount of arginine include watermelon, sesame, and sunflower seeds. Dairy products such as milk, yogurt, and cheese are all sources of arginine.

During middle school every male had to undergo a complete physical each year and that involved dressing down to underwear, and we were even examined with the cough test while the doctor examined below. It wasn't an issue even back then while being a male teenager.

One bothersome thing about taking supplements for any reason is they always tell you it would take two or three months for it to start to work. I don't mind taking something for 30 days to find out it's not working and then stop but I do not like the idea of paying for something for 90 days and find out it doesn't work

That's just nature and how supplements work in the body.. they are not a quick-fix like medication.. they are helping the body to create certain effects or heal itself, which takes time.. personally, I start to notice benefits from supplements within 2 - 4 weeks of taking them but of course the longer I take them the more improvement I notice.
I also like to cycle through, I don't like to take anything for too long, so typically I will switch after a month or the longest I will take a supplement is for 3 months and then I take a month off

It took me until I was 31 to lose my virginity, and I've never had sleep erections, but I eventually fathered 3 children. I'm now 71 and my need for sex and ability to have it is exactly the same as it was 40+ years ago. I just have always had a low sex drive. Does it corelate with worsening creation/absorbtion of NO in the mouth?
Analogicly As You say so that bacteria killed by mothwash have to be avoided. Maybe the same is to be careful with washing the tonque out of bacteria? Hmmm.. but it would make the breath be not pleasent. If this with washing the tongue is correct - Maybe it'd have to be washen after some time after the meal, not right after.

Awesome Video Dr. Rachael... Never thought about Mouthwash as potential or real killer of the Microbiome !!. I'M 71 YO, dealing with spinal issues of Stenosis , Disc bulges, Spondyliosis (Vertebrea arthritis) , DDD, and 25 Degree Scoliosi. I ahve been taking L -Arginine on & off for years. 1000 -3000 mgs per day , 3-4 X a week. I am unable to workout anywhere close to what I used to do over 5 years ago. But your video has enlightened me to the fact that my artheriosclorosis ( 1 artery is 50% blocked) may have been a result of Arginine. I have begun taking Citruline a few months ago, sparingly, 3 X a week or so , 1000-2000 MG. Curious of your opinion of his as being good or bad for me. If I take Horney Goat Weed with Maca and Tribulus in combo with Arginine, I can obtain a good erection. Unfortunately, my spinal issues which include Splondylioethesis at L5-S1 does create some Saddle Anethesia which is affecting my bladder & Penal functions. As you state, he Body is a complicated Mechanism. I have alos started to take a Prebiotic, Probiatic, and Postbiotic supplement to hopefylly contribute to better Gut Health which is all the Rave Now. I have subscribed and look forward to more great info.

Dr. Ross, I have truly appreciated your videos. I am more concerned with the overall health benefits of nitric oxide. I am looking for a good daily nitric oxide supplement. I am 68 years old and want to improve my optimum health. Do you have recommendations? Thanks for your sincerity of heart. Your efforts are much appreciated!❤️

@pmaint1 Yes, I read that too, so I'm confused now!!! Oxalates are very harmful to human health, which is why we have to boil those veges to bring down or eliminate the oxalates. Same with lectins like in long green beans have lectins; very bad for one.

i found lettuce was great at boosting nitric oxide. also kept it at high levels for about 48 hours while supplements only gave a very large boost for under 24 hours.

Which kind of lettuce? There are different kinds of lettuce. Iceberg is not an option, because it lacks pretty much any nutritional value at all.
