Tim is spot on. England team is average team (they changed the dynamics of test cricket overall) but their team is average. Last 2 cycles they were not top 4 teams. problem is they are too bad in Aus and in India and they play 5 test matches which will obviously reduced their ratings and they end up bottom 4 teams.
