A little longer than I wanted it to be, but this should give you a good idea of how to quickly get your Annulet ring as well as unlocking the extra features that will come in handy. I didn't include upgrading the primordial stones in this video because I couldn't get footage of it on the PTR due to how annoyingly rare one of the items needed is, so I hope they fix that before the patch goes live. Have a good day, folks.
I'm confused by the tool tip on the Prophetic Twilight Stone (PTS), specifically by the "Vice versa" reference. What does that mean on a Stone that has to be proc'd by the actions of another stone? Does that mean that a heal that proc's a damage action proc the PTS?
I admittedly haven't figured out exactly what it means either, Bert. People are talking about a specific combo involving the Desirous Blood Stone and that Twight Stone that gives a very strong feedback loop, but it's unknown if that is intentional. I think it's because the blood stone does both damage and healing or something, but I haven't looked much into that particular combination.
@@ZeraTheRedRogue I've been looking at Desirous Blood Stone, Prophetic Twilight Stone and either Humming Arcane Stone or maybe Echoing Thunder Stone. (No time based damage since it will proc enough to overwrite the spell apparently) I asked my linguistics nephew and he suggested a healing spell that proc's a damage spell of which there are none, so wtf yeah?
Once you complete the Primordial Embellishment quest, Imareth will put out the jewelers kit on the table to the left of where he stands. By standing near the jeweler kit, you will have an extra action button pop up on your UI. Much like socketing normal gems, you Shift-RightClick on the ring to open the gem UI like I have onscreen. You’ll then click that extra action button and click on the gem you want to remove. I hope that helps, Rowena ^^
You can buy another ring at Morqut Village, there will be a Dracthyr NPC that is the vendor for both extra annulets and the primal stones you can put in it. They do cost a currency you get from the Zskera Vaults, but I'm blanking on the name of it right now. Something like Primal Fragments I think. I believe a new annulet costs 10 of those.
Indeed you can, I spent most of yesterday farming the item that lets you do it so I could make a video explaining what you need. Simply putting stones into the ring will increase its item level, so 3 stones (which start at 411) will put it to 411. After that you will either need to be a jewelcrafter or find one who can make Unstable Elementium. I'll try and get that video up today since this is all new patch content.
Yup, I was hoping they would. Still definitely recommend keeping an eye on class discords/guide updates to see how much that actually changes things, a lot of early consensus is not looking good. I imagine another buff will be in the works, if not multiple.

Many vaults, much Zskera.
Wow!
Well glad my alts will enjoy the ring XD
At least we've already gotten a 25% buff before the patch even went live. Maybe a couple more of those will make it worth wearing. lol
