I am a proud cherries supporter for 20 years, through good and bad, but one thing that we've always been, through thick and thin is a sense of togetherness. Which makes the attitude of Josh King, Ryan Fraser, Jordan Ibe and others so others so sad. To be given a wonderful opportunity to be coached by an exceptional man and his dedicated staff, who have already done so much, a small but devoted fanbase, playing on the world stage would be something which most of us would give our right arm for. Nobody is against people moving on, Matt Ritchie is still loved,as is Tommy Elphick, Marc Pugh, Matt Holland, Brett Pitman, Jason Pearce and many other Cherries Legends. All we ask is to play for the shirt, not to sulk when you didn't get your transfer, not to go on the radio and say you haven't been doing your best when it has been obvious, not to go AWOL during the return to training. I'd rather go down to league 2 and be potless than pander to self entitled millionaires.
@Mantorras Montquilla Maybe, but listening to many ex players from the Minus 17 days, almost but the current crop would love to come back home....rather like Eddie
@@dopplereffeckt675 I get Fraser ,i heard the news. But King whenever i 've watched Bournemouth play which is a lot has been probably the best on the pitch for you .. is he acting out after the restart or something ?
Fraser has hurt himself too. If he'd had another season like the last he'd be getting offers from half the top clubs in Europe. Maybe getting 200k a week offers. After this season he'll be lucky to get a contract at Crystal Palace.
@@dopplereffeckt675 As for Ibe i do feel sorry for you as a liverpool fan because we defo overcharged you on him and Solanke.. Ibe just doesn't have the right mentality and attitude. You were the perfect club for him to play more of his own game. Not enough excuses for him to not make a name for himself at Bournemouth .. Solanke on the other hand is trying ,but he never really brought his youth attitude to the mens game, he doesn't seem like a strong center forward that can hold on to the ball inside the box. He feels more fear than he should , can't really explain why that happens there ..
@@alejandromate4071 I thought Bournemouth would've learnt after purchasing Ibe that hype of a youngster doesn't make them good. I'm not sure if they bought Ibe and Solanke with a view to develop and sell them on, or to grow into replacements for King/Wilson/Ritchie/Fraser. They obviously haven't become the type of players Bournemouth had hoped for and I'm not sure where they go from here. To me Bournemouth always had a very clear style of play with the 4411 and fast wingers and fullbacks doubling up to cause teams confusion when they attack with such speed and direction. Maybe teams have become accustomed to Bournemouth's style or maybe they've strayed from it and struggled for identity, I don't know. Watching that palace game, I wanted to scream "switch the formation". They played it side to side nicely but with no incision and the one thing I noticed was the lathagic style and lack of bunching up, it's hard to open teams up when everyone's 1v1 and there's no overloads. But the fact palace went 1-0 up didn't help as they sat off and became more compact. As a Swansea fan I think I know how Bournemouth fans must feel and I can see a lot of similarities between the two clubs.
Reminds me a lot of when Stoke went down, I thought going into this season Bournemouth were at that point of being an established mid table to lower mid table side, they’ve had a stinker. As a hull fan I really hope you stay up because the championship is absolute hell to get out of. It can be relentless
Is it me ... Or Seb and Alex have the same articulation ,voice colour and attitude when they speak ??? I always look to the picture mid sentence to make sure it is the one or the other :)
Being a Swansea fan, these sound like issues we suffered for 2 years or so before relegation. Struggled to find a balance, lots of games where we only went for it in the last 10 minutes but it was too much too late and too many half chances and not quality chances. Retaining possession but no penetration, struggling to dominate games, struggling to break down teams vertically, struggling to focus on outscoring Vs defending and knicking a goal, player contract issues. Majorly; uncertainty throughout the squad and lots of players on big wages compared to the club size who aren't performing for whatever reason.
Bournemouth might be more difficult to pick apart if they do get relegated. Wilson, Brooks, Ake, and King would be attractive to top half Premier league sides but may not necessarily push for moves. The side could be well prepared for the championship
Feel like the Brooks problem was what Liverpool had with Coutinho. By the end he hindered them and that was proved by how well Liverpool have done without him
Eddie Howe is an attacking entertaining football merchant. It was inevitable that the club would go down eventually. Their foothold in the PL was tenuous at best. With the arrival of the defensively disciplined teams of Wolves and Sheffield in the league, Bournemouth got pushed deeper down the table and is now facing relegation.
Hmmm...3 million for Wilson, 1 million for King, 400,000 for Fraser, 30,000 for Steve Cook, 20 million for Ake, 12 million for Brookes and 89 million for Pogba.....Love to know what team your supporting, or infact you have any idea what your talking about.......
I think that's a bit unfair. They've had the biggest injury crises of any team this year and one of their best players not show up. Is that really Howe's fault?
@@ShizzShowerShave Silly us, don't forget we 'brought the league' with massive spending on Harry Arter at an eye watering £5000! Oh and those Charlton/Brighton/Layton Orient rejects (Franno, Cook, Daniels) who were simply just not good enough. Well at least they have helped Liverpool by buying all the craps, and in inflated price, which no-one else would take. that's the highlight of them being in the premier league.
"What's going on at Bournemouth?"
That's what we as fans have been asking all season and after pretty much every game lol.
I think they started all right, they had 11 points after there first 6 games. In the next 24 games they got 16 points...

The hamstring injuries are caused by the seats in the canteen. 110%

There can be catalysts, such as a good performance or result or a player on form. But those aren't necessarily long term solutions.

Ake would definitely push for a move
King would flirt with a move to Man U, already has this season
Oh Peter has been great on the Boscombe Back of the Net podcasts.
Well you can listen to him on the Front Post Football Podcast on Soundcloud too. Which he appeared on at the start of the season
I really hope bournemouth stay up and west ham get relegated.
Love when you talk finances!
Great pod like always guys keep it up boys.
Good stuff you have the right video for this kinda stuff
I really like the instrumentals utilized, especially the one towards the very end. Who is it by? Does anyone know?
I made it! (This is Joe)
Relegation would be much more disastrous to the likes of West Ham who have spent around €300 million in the last three years
Pretty sure Diego Rico has the league high for interceptions this season? Above Ndidi.
Time stamps would be lovely

What's going at Bournemouth? Howe showing that he isn't all that, and neither is the guy dealing in transfers....

Yeah, he's had them promoted three times and kept them in the prem for years. He's completely overrated.

Howe is incredible! He's just been dealt a bad hand, not that you'd know anything about that since it seems you don't even watch football
