I traveled to El Paso with my friend's family in 1967. His parents took off from our El Paso motel to visit relatives and we hoofed it on foot across the border into Juarez where we walked and rode taxis and ate at restaurants all over the city. We were 14 years old. Makes me cringe thinking about that now. Damn, times have changed.
What’s the point of showing something if you’re going to blur it out?
I see you everywhere and all you do is complain
Dude quit your crying 😢
You’re absolutely correct. It’s really annoying.
Why don't we ever discuss the demand for these drugs in the USA. That is just as important in this market. El Chapo is just a Capitalist supplying a demand in a market.
Facts: demand due to high pay checks to a certain class but we can’t talk about that......🤔
Then they would have to address the homeless camps
And how democratic run cities
Do absolutely nothing to discourage drug use
And possibly have to talk about
An open border
American addicts don't accept responsibility for their involvement.
It was brought here to get people addicted to create a demand🤯
@@juliebollman3944 Just say no to drugs and booze. Problems solved.
If you think Juarez is more dangerous than Kubul Afghanistan, and I been to both, your sadly mistaken.
Look up Within Heaven's Gates by Rebecca Springer. Page 64 😇
You dont know how statistics work🤦🏻♂️
@@AJM77120 Have you been to Iraq or Afghanistan ?
KAbul
@@DIVINEBEING-GODSON What year, what unit?
To call RPGs AK-47s and C4 the most sophisticated weapons in wars globally is such a joke
All effective if used by intelligent and heartless men.
That’s all you could take away from the video? You’re a part of the problem
This was made around 20yrs ago.
For most countries, those weapons are the best they have.
Bro go beyond your junior level of analysis and understand that’s not the point..
And you wonder why we want the border closed
Pointless to even watch. Half of the damn videos blurred out. Don't waste your time.
Kentucky bar is a cool bar to visit in Juarez and good tacos in Juarez
Ill check it out
Wow!! Many years ago when I was about 19 I lived in El Paso and we would go back and forth to Juarez to eat and party no problems! Now you couldn't pay me to go to Mexico.
I was stationed at Fort Bliss from 1978-1981, and it used to be a lot of fun in Juarez! What a shame to see how far the city has fallen into chaos!
Wow I did basic there in summer of 80
That just happens to be right next to the US border.
just happens to have a open border
To anybody
What could possibly go wrong
Money. Religion. Poverty and corruption is the root of all evil.
Why was so much blurred out?
It's because the video might get taken down if it's not
I traveled to Ciudad Juarez for the marathon in October 2023. It was a very short break, but I had a wonderful time and got my medal :) the people I met were wonderful and showed such incredible hospitality like I was an old friend. We even went around at night to the free Friday concert at the Big X, Kentucky Bar the next day etc. The only issue I had was with the police who extorted me for a small amount (I was in airport taxi to my hotel!) of course not to make light of the horrific details which the City is known for. I heard 10 years ago the violence would really spill out into the streets, but now, it's more in certain areas. Just wanted to show my love and appreciation of the people I met, especially within the running community.
What a dangerous place
I was born in El Paso. As a kid in the ,60s we too went across to Juarez and had a blast. Perfectly safe. Sad.
If your gonna mac a documentary the ones I typically watch are not blurred from view every 2 minutes. What's the point? Terrible...
I live in El Paso & go to Juarez. No problem. If your not involved with drugs your fairly safe. 10-20 murders a day is not good but not that bad for a city of 1.4 million. Most are drug related. It’s the cartel’s fighting each other. In the U.S. 40,000 deaths a year on American highways!
Your life is more at risk on U.S. highways than in Mexico.
Wow! its sad!😢
If you have nothing to do with La Linea or other criminal activity, going to Juarez is not a problem.
Nonsense, I am native Juarense and have raised my 25 yrd. old, my 23 yrd. old and my 15rh yrd. old here; they, all Americans an my American wife ask that you stop showing that side of our city, yet show that besides all that current, real darkness and violence, there is life here.
Yo cada rato voy a juaritoz y ando Como si nada donde tengo miedo es aki en Houston en Las noches no me paro en una gasolinera
I was born and still live in CD Juarez and is not true what you are saying
😆 🤣 😂 😹 😆 🤣
That reporter “might” have overlooked Philadelphia, Houston, New Orleans (USAs crime capital) skid row in LA. Just saying, before I publish a report like this
@jadafons Juarez is an absolute death trip no comparable to US cities. I invite you to vacation there. Good luck
@@algernon5776 an of does people like 9 around my block
@Elcanaldeladri if you can put together a coherent sentence please add another comment. I cannot understand a word you are saying
This is from 2010. Over 3000 deaths per year, but its decreased alot now
Why blur the the video pointless
I'll pray for the whole state of Mexico and Rip to everyone who passed if you live in the US like me appreciate and count your blessings Every Day because maybe one day it might be like Mexico here in the US they already not responding to certain calls police that is and from 3am to 7 am it's only 20 cops for the whole City now it's probably a matter of time before that happens in ur town
Yeah this is bullshit reporting
I don't know what year this was made but it's been like that forever.
I live in El Paso.
I live close enough to walk to Juarez.
By God's grace, I've never felt unsafe.
This program is prob 10yrs old tho
More like 20
Plainly says in description that it originally aired in 2011.
Juarez reported a record of 3,075 murders in 2010. In 2020, 1,301 homicides were reported, making Juarez the second-deadliest city worldwide. The year 2018 was considered to be one of the most violent years with 50.12% crime
To blurry.
I can remember my family going to Juarez quite a few times in the 80s as a teenager we go down there and buy leather goods and sandals and my dad always bought a bottle of tequila to bring home it's sad to see what is turned into
This is never ever in my bucketlist.. too dangerous!!
Thought the deadliest city was Ottawa
I was raised in El Paso back in the 60's. The place was a big on tourists. Guess not anymore. The filth and culture of violence spilled over from the US.
Sad
How can anyone live there with the cross fire.i would not come out of house
Uhh el cucui!
Ummmm...El Chapo is sitting in a USA "Supermax" prison called ADX Florence in Colorado and he will never get out. Nobody will thats in that prison. Nobody will ever escape ADX Florence.
Theirs 10,000 babies born every hour in Mexico😐
So you have comments for this but not for the March 14 video regarding the sins of a certain, cassock dressing Christ-bearer. Hmmm. Chris Reason, you are the true Christ-bearer. Thank you for your courage, your determination, your perseverance. It’s your work and the work of those like you that brings The Anointed One to our earth. Great blessings.
I thought the SAME thing
Lol
Ms. Steinbaum is the leading candidate for the nnext Mexican president.
😮
What do you mean? Isn't America the most powerful country on earth?
Frree free Mexico
El Paso is NOT the safest city in the U.S. Who the f told u that???
An this shist is right next door , build the wall Trump 2024
Haha this guy said El paso is the safest city in America lol.
The world is being misinformed to control.
Idk who told you El Paso is the safest city in America😂
They always say that why isn’t it true? What’s the homicide rate in El Paso?
The classic kids sitting in dry dirt on a windy day... don't move kids! Just let the dirt blow in your faces... because DRUGS!
Safest place in America El Paso lol what a joke you serious lol
U.S. border states are safer then interior U.S. states, that's a fact
Ridiculous when you hear these clowns use multiple abbreviations immediately followed by the full terminology, as if they are blessed with the key of knowledge & not wasting your time.
This is old as
What a lie controlling media, as always.😂

HAHAHAHA! El Paso is the safest? Haha! Don’t drink Trumps Kool Aid. It’s Jim Jones recipe.
For a few years fairly recently it was rated the safest large city in the US. {And I live in California by the way.} The police force has little tolerance for the bad guys and they
don't have to worry about "racial profiling." The reason? El Paso is over 80% Hispanic---and so is the police force! Also there's about 20,000 infantry in Fort Bliss and
many can be found of-duty in the city. About 10 years ago the mayor placed a large order for military-grade carbines, it worked-out as one per police officer!
What a useless doc...
Why can the Mexico just give up this city and gave to the America to clean it up
America can’t clean up it’s own cities. Are you joking? Have you not seen or read up on anything about Chicago, Philadelphia, New Jersey, New Orleans, etc, etc?
Juarez in no longer that dangerous if at all. It used to from the 1990s to 2010. Not now!!
Im pretty sure Gaza is worse
Fact
Im white. I outran the law in Albuquerque and sold a detective s car to the cartel in Juarez. Walked across Juarez and had a f adventure and made it back. Lots of stories and memories.
Sounds like a movie. Interesting
And the United States wants to legalize marijuana. Now you can't tell me that u.s. ain't got no part in it. Kids will eventually graduate from weed to heavier stuff and that's when u.s. going to say it's to late change the weed law
