Great video: definitely will try the storage method (Mediterranean climate here similar to Cali) Just worried a little not to dry them out neither to have them rot. Guess will be a trial and err 😊

Thank you Wendi for a great video. I like how you store turmeric and ginger over winter. I had to bring mine indoors in autumn but kept them dry in storage. It’s 0’C and snowing so not sure I could keep them outdoors, here in London. I’m going to try your method of storing over winter next year.

Thank you for the wonderful video! Is the storage organ edible? Can it be used to repot for future growth? What do you suggest to do with it?

Hi Wendi! Non tubers related. I also use grow bags 15 and 30 gallons. I notice that the older ones gets white deposits and moss on the outside of the fabric... probably because of the constant rain during the summer. My question is do you worry about cleaning them off? How do you deal with it if you have them? Is it bad for the plants inside? Thank you for the informative videos! I enjoy your harvest and tour videos the most!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Those moss and water deposits won’t affect your plants. Mine doesn’t get moss on them since they don’t get that wet, and not in much shade, You can always wash the felt pots. :)
