Lunch Box Sweet Snacking pepper. It's a small pepper but really good. My husband was leery of it at first but quickly became his favorite.
beautiful garden 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
I grew Nada-penos this year and when they turn red they taste just like a sweet bell pepper. Made for a nice snack when I was working in the garden. I will grow them again next year.
THank you, sweetheart. (I am wiping tear from my eye.) In SFBA, no fire, I sometimes think we are sprayed with flame retardant, but the animals come in, wash, water, our gardens while grieving over natures gardens and our beautiful trees, state and animals. Harvested my potatoes, curing for 3 days, I am looking forward to eating them.
Stay safe Wendi. I'm not from America but am seeing vids of the California fires. Just wishing you the best. Great vid again. Take care.
What are your thoughts on the types of soils influencing the flavors of your peppers? Examples would be processed bagged potting soil vs. garden soil, garden soil in different states, and the acidity and alkalinity. Do you think it could make a difference?
Beautiful plants 🌶 that was a great idea put them somewhere on higher level 👍 I am amazed by how many plants you grow in containers!
Your peppers turned out lovely! This year, I'm gonna bring mine indoors for the winter.
Shishito Peppers are tasty. Try Azomite too for your peppers. Mine love it.
Chilies leaves really good for chicken put ginger yummy 😋
Try to grow Trinidad Perfume - it's a pepper with tropical aroma of habanero, but it has zero heat. Extremely productive and very tasty.
Is this a grow room? Please give a tour of your set up.
Have you ever tried any of the Aji varieties Wendi? Some are more fruity and less hot than others. I like the little enclosed room you use for a tasting room too. Happy Gardening! -Bob...
My favorite sweet pepper is definitely Jimmy Nardello!
Try Bullhorns they are a large long chilli with little heat and are great stuffed and roasted 🙂 Tip: the hotter the chilli the less they handle sun unlike Thai’s and cayenne’s 😘
Chocolate peppers sweet variety good for salads or snacking
I love to have those peppers in my garden
Peppers are always an issue for me
Normally start producing when weather start going cold
Lovely peppers by the way
Do not know what the name of the pepper was...didn't think I would need it...but I had a delicious pepper once that I would mince and put on scrambled eggs, grassy, not hot, may have been an unripe banana pepper or a pepperonchini?. I never had a pepper like that. I would make Saturday morning Omelette. Some sautead veggies, sometimes, scrambled eggs, fluffy, the best way you know how to make them, sometimes ham in it, but at the end, shut off heat and put orange shredded cheese, prinkle the minced lime green pepper and then diced tomatoes, put lid on till cheese melts. Serve with toast and butter and tomato juice, v8 is my fav beverage.
Was that hatch pepper roasted? Gotta roast and peel them. Then they're divine.
Is humid weather bad for peppers? I'm in central Florida and my peppers looked so pretty on my back patio and was good for a month or so and then got these little white flies and white stuff under the leaves. ☹
have to have some chillis now ;)
I have scorpion peppers 🌶. I use Epson salt every 2wks in my pepper plant
