Minecraft 1.20.5 Is Coming! What Is It?

The latest snapshot is out, and it's actually 1.20.5 Pre-release 1. This means that the Minecraft 1.20.5 update is coming very soon. But what is in 1.20.5 and 1.21 is not entirely clear based on the release notes. It is very well understood what is in 1.20.5 and 1.21, but there is little distinction in the release notes to clearly say what exactly is in 1.20.5. 1.20.5 is like the biggest minor update. all of the minor updates have actually been bigger lately, probably because all these snapshots are technically for minor updates with the major content behind the experimental toggle, so they don't have to make everything wait until the major update

Yeah, though I hope it doesn't continue like this because it's gonna make the major updates feel so much more lackluster

@@cookiecaine4188 major updates might be smaller but the yearly content is still the same. I think this is better than getting everything at once and then having to wait a whole year. You're gonna make more out of the new content if it comes in smaller batches

My own Christmas. It's fat the way they've done it. Between 1.21. I'm 1.20.5 It's really confusing.

The Big 1.21 should be (has to be) 6 weeks from now. I know bcuz thats beginning of Summer break for the kiddos. 6 weeks is not that long! Soooo Excited
