Everything in this one was on point, no notes. Great technique, didn't overcomplicate flavor profiles, made things from scratch where possible. Clearly understands the *why* of what he's doing.

@@pepengpantal1363 This happens in America a lot: a restaurant will offer an item that has a half-dozen flavors competing with each other (on the notion that more is better, I guess) instead of having one flavor be the star and perhaps complementing or contrasting it with one or two others. What you end up with when you throw a lot of flavors together is something that tastes indistinct.

If they are going to take the time to slice each hotdog 12 times they should also clip off the undesirable casing twistie on each side of the hotdog IMO. Other than that I would smash 12 of these.

El envoltorio a las salchichas? Son hot dogs, son hechos con el envoltorio para formar las salchichas, cual es el punto de sacarselo. Me dejaste helada, nunca escuche eso de sacarle el envoltorio a las salchichas. Lo mismo que a los chorizos, si le sacas el envoltorio se desarman. No es una critica que te hago, sino como te digo nunca escuche esa pregunta.
Pero ese envoltorio es plástico, al chorizo se lo quitas cuando lo vas a cocinar, obvio no lo dejas así, entonces lo mismo la salchicha, la vas a cocinar, quítale el plástico ese, el chorizo lo mismo, o usted lo cocina con el platico?? Cómo que no había escuchado esa pregunta, es normal su pregunta y yo me hice la misma...
