This food stall/restaurant is just a different breed, many shops in Korea serves normal hotdogs, with only mustard & ketchup and all that. Corn is rarely used as a topping for things here, besides maybe a corn salsa for tacos, you would NEVER see it on pizza or hot dogs.
MY wife and I just had the Spicy Southwest pizza from Streets of New York and they use corn. I was very surprised and it was an amazing pizza! It is a southwest inspired flavor, but I've never had corn on a pizza before.

I Love the idea of cheesesteaks with scallions instead of spanish onions, maybe mix the 2 types of onions( I have not met an onion I did not like : Red, Spanish, White, Vidalia, Green...... they all are welcome in my kitchen).

I see the carton the hot dogs are in can be separated, but where is the hot dog when she separated the sandwich? There are no cuts on the top of the sandwich and the hot dog didn’t fall out when she pulled the sandwich a part.

that's how we toast hamburger buns here in Australia, and the bun stays nice and hot, the ingredients also help keep it hot.

Nope….other than the bun and hot dog. But, I’d eat all version that she made in a heartbeat, after I flick off the eggs! Wait…something is not right about the last part. I see the carton the hot dogs are in can be separated, but where is the hot dog when she separated the sandwich? There are no cuts on the top of the sandwich and the hot dog didn’t fall out when she pulled the sandwich a part.
