I am sorry you feel that way. I absolutely love McKinney and its a great city to live in. You should compare crime rate to Dallas and then you will be thankful you live in a city like McKinney:)))
@@lifeindallasfortworth Looking at all this overvalued real estate, with inventory so high, and days on the market increasing…not to mention exorbitant property taxes…I think it will make more sense for us to hold onto our house in SoCal, rent it out, and find a nice little house in McKinney to rent until prices inevitably drop.
@justicegusting2476 prices in dfw or in Texas are going up due to people moving from West Coast and paying cash. In reality this market will collapse and lot of people will loose their money.

I live in McKinney and it’s not incredible! McKinney PD has never been as busy as they have past few years! Stop lying
