Let Muslims and others build there, they are having children and growing the gospel and not intimidating. Big houses with no children in them is not the future. A Muslim with clean language and married, goes to higher heaven than New Testament believer with bad language.

You should come back and see the changes a year can make. Albeit not very drastic, it's getting better. I'm not sure if you hit up a lot of the local favorites, but I think you may have a better experince in the downtown visiting some of the other places in downtown. Lot's of rapid growth here for sure.

Dallas inventory is the highest its been in 7 years, foreclosures are surging...I wish you would give facts, stop pumping and saying your gonna get equity after 4 years. Relatively Conservative, normal, safe, communities with great schools are becoming harder and harder to come by in this country. To those who think this isn’t a good investment hasn’t been looking around in a real estate market that is extremely decentralized.

Great vid as always, and yes, definitely a cheat code when it comes to wealth building from a ground up. Goes without saying, it's not the plan for everyone, especially if kids are involved as they'd need to move schools depending on the age, but there are a lot of younger professionals new to the real estate game that need to know how great of a plan it is to buy, reside, sell and walk away with Equity.

Major negative is the Dart system. The bus is always empty and tears up the roads. The Dart train brings in people from the bad neighborhoods of Dallas direct to Richardson. Richardson Police say crime is highest where the train lets off.

If you really must live in Fields for the least amount of money, sure. Otherwise this is a terrible buy for the price. You're right, it's an investment only. No way I would pay 800K+ for anything with a shared wall. 800K buys you a beautiful American Legend home in the Tribute and for 900K you can stay in Fields with other builders. If you go in planning to sell in 3-5 years it will pay off for sure. I just can't wait to see all this come together. They're now starting on Fire Fly park on 380, another massive project with hotels, apartments, shops etc. The question is how much can Frisco sustain lol? If it all happens you won't be able to get a house in Frisco for under 1M in a few years. Unless you go on the older, East side of Frisco like on Lebanon east of the Tollway.

I love your videos. Watching from Cleveland Ohio and yes I have a full basement with 9 foot ceilings but I am from San Antonio TX

That basement is the ultimate man cave! Movie theater was perfect. I would have a nice tv in the bar/lounge area as that’s where we would watch games. Theater will be for movies. The back room is cool as a cards/cigar room, but I don’t play cards, so I would turn that into an arcade/gaming room or maybe an office.

If you have to ask just how much. Than your not rich enough.

I have a question that I may get a no to. Can J Anthony build an egress into their basements? I can do without windows since basements stay traditionally cool and you can have LED lighting to your taste but I would like a secondary way to exit the home if I happen to be in the basement.

I have few properties in Frisco ( resident since 2009) and live in a 2020 built community very close to fields ( in the pga belt though). I personally feel for the value of sq footage , lot size and size of backyard fields is a bit overpriced compared to other communities in the pga belt , hollyhock, Newman village for bit older but amazing homes For the namesake and little more amenities I personally feel it’s a stretch
