    Even in bay area, if there is a 5 star hotel planning to build in a neighborhood, a post is going to be placed to let everybody know proudly. The same thing happen in several other USA top hi-teck cities too. Then, everybody is going to purchase houses or lands near-by. I never see a community like Frisco fields with planned four 5 or 5+ star hotels plus a 7 star taylor-made paradise hotel and a hotel inside Universal Studio Kids Resort ( According to the reputation of Universal Studio, I believe that this hotel should, at least, 4+).

      yes, there are lot of hotels going in. But we will be hosting lots of events as well. Especially with the PGA.

    Unreasonable prices for DFW homes. State government needs to take action against these corrupt builders.

      There are price ranges for everyone around DFW. Someone could get a $80,000 condo if they needed to buy in that range. The Fields is more expensive but they are selling out so there are buyers that want to live there and pay that price. :)

      ​@lifeindallasfortworth I agree with you that there are buyers who are buying these properties, but Texas is not California, where you have beaches, pleasant weather, theme parks, etc. Sooner or later these artificial price tags will fall.

      Oh no, don't tell daddy state government! These builders are not corrupt, and the prices are not "unreasonable". The builders are building completely legal homes and communities and they are selling, so someone thinks the price is reasonable. Why so mad anyway, this brings your home value up. Would you rather have $100,000 duplexes and higher crime. How about a trailer park and drug dealers. Maybe some projects and parolees. Surely you're not suffering from envy!?

      The people in this area market towards the PGA golf headquarters. $$$$$

    Geez; $850K for a townhome? That’s Irvine, CA prices.
    Anything in the $300-$400K price range? I’m a single guy, no kids (so I don’t care about school district), and don’t need anything bigger than a 2-3 bdr, 2 bath, and a 2 car garage. Don’t need a yard.
    I’m thinking Frisco, McKinney, Celina, Prosper, or in somewhere of that vicinity…?

      Yes, we can find you something within that range. The $850,000 price tag for the single family attached gets you a big home tho. Its about 2500 sq/ft. Text me, I can help you find what you want:)
