    I've been doing this on and off for nearly a year, and can't believe how much stronger I'm getting. When I first started a seated good morning seemed impossible - but now I can control it up and down. Thank you so much! :)

    ~2yrs ago I couldn't even sit in a straddle or pike with my back straight. Now I'm soooo much stronger and more mobile. Your videos are fantastic. xx

    Thank you. I went slightly deeper into the pancake. I used some hip stretches from your daily mobility video to supplement this one. It was great. Your advice about observing the negative thoughts was very helpful.

    Just used soft foam roller to elevate and I got a much better stretch. This was amazing. Thanks.

    2 year old video i know, but if youre thinking about trying this, TRY IT. You will feel real stuff after the first session, even if youre already very flexible, like i was. I will be recommending it to anyone talking about pancakes.

    Know this is an old video but a few questions or ideas if pla ning on an updated video: are there alternatives for the cossack squat and how should the PNF section and all the exercizes after this be done if in the standing stage?

    I feel strong pain under my knees while doing this stretch. Is that a problem with technique, tightness in this area or maybe some injury? I don't know if I should keep doing this exercises

    I can't move forward a bit in pancake. I felt deep a stretch on the sides my both knees. My lower body is just so tight. This is challenging, I wanna achieve this.
