I am looking for a complete body mobility routine to begin which i can practice at home, i want to restart training and get in shape, but this is a crucial piece i think. Thank you guys.

In archer squats, pointed toes is for hamstring stretch and feet on ground means is hip opening for pre split workout. Pushup is called chaturanga dandasana.. I did this follow along workout while watching Gabo in his kitchen.

It’s crazy to me how we don’t have stuff like this taught throughout the world and especially the US. The average American seems to immediately want to go to pain pill or a chiropractor. Doing stretches and mobility work alone will heal your body. (Diet as well). Great content man big ups 🤙🏼☮️

This morning routine is achievable, not as crushable as one would think, this is also a workout that will challenge you, also remember, this guy is a pro, follow his brother to start. I have also experienced that getting higher pushup #’rs are happening, benefits!!!
