Here are a few ideas: -shoulder mobility, I think that this is what most of us are lacking, and 15min routine would help bring the best of what you taught us You get the right to choose if you wanna emphasize on shoulder flexion or extension (extension would be more original and transfers as you know to the lovely manna, but flexion might help more people towards handstands) -Wrist mobility maybe ? (I’m not sure if you’ve already done one tho). Could be great in the morning to prepare the wrists for our day and workouts. -My last Idea, ankle mobility. It’ll improve skiing skills of the SM family 😂 more seriously, could help a lot of people get the pistol squat, improve the squat position etc. Which is probably lacking as there is not that much content about it I think Of course, wrist and ankle routines are a bit more ‘boring’ and we don’t move that much doing them, but it could be ideas for another time !

Thank you just did your routine. I have pain in my hip and glutes due to back degenerative (X-ray) forthree months after running a marathon... I did Your 15 minutes three times. I plan on doing this for weeks till the pain goes away. Thanks much needed therapy this was perfect priceless info,
I love these 15 minute ones! I'm a beginner with not too much energy (i easily feel sick when I practice or work out) and these are perfect for me! Please do more like this! I was going to suggest something to do with fallen foot arches and knee strengthaning! Maybe also upper body strength and mobility as well! (15 min follow along)
It's great to have short routines in the tool box for when I am short on time. They are also great when I'm short on motivation. I can always find enough juice for 15 minutes of training. That way at least I got something done and usually it kick starts my motivation and I can transition to a longer session. I'm new to your channel and I am really loving it! It actually helps to release more the tension in the needle position if you pull the leg that you hold colser to you on your exhale and on your inhale you push the leg which lies upon the other away from you. A simple trick, but totally relaxing. :) Thanks for your nice video!

Absolutely love these 15 min videos. Have scheduled them for my before work morning exercises. Your "must stretch 7 routine" really improved my posture and I do them while taking a break from work. Have also introduced them to my work friend, and we take a break during webexes to streach😉. Very happy to discover you and your programs.

@@mars221, I don't know which muscles, I am not educated in those terms. But yes, when I try to pull my shoulders down and back, I have pain on the front side, in line of upper lungs, just below shoulders on the front side.

That squat and twisting knees to floor is so difficult for me. Shows where I'm tightest at. All around the hips. Great routine. Thank you.
