@@simonprice7441 Me too. I wasn't alive for the original but there's just something about watching someone turn the clock back like magic. He was an old man at the start of this performance and a young man at the end!
this is by far one of the best songs ever made robert sang it beautifully heres to you robert
When I first watched this, I wondered if the band realized that they were in the presence of greatness. THEN, I read the details above listing who they are and I realized that they indeed KNOW and are part of the greatness!!

Fantastic seeing him live; after all this time; when I have been listening to his single.
What a great video of Robert singing Everlasting Love, he had the best version of this song from 1967. I was a kid growing up in the 60's and loved every bit of it and the music too. I bought this on a 45 rpm when it was released and still have it. Thanks for posting this video.

No one wanted it to end. Including me.
What a great video! Be sure and check out Mac Gayden's book too.
Is there something wrong with the microphone? It sounds like the microphone is not picking up Robert King voice that well.
I bet I played that song at least 500 times in my radio career. Robert had the original version which I found far superior to the version from Carl Carlton.
To each their own, both singers did a fantastic of singing this song .
I like this song better than Carl Carlton's version
Эту песню услышал в оригинале,охуеть!!!!Лучше не слышал!!
OMG. Not that it matters, but I always thought he was a white guy. All these decades...
