Wicked good video. Thank You Very Much for the tip on the HIPA products. the heck with rebuilding carbs, it is easier to get the whole carb kit. Love watching your videos.
Great video.I saw another where the person use the M6 x 1.0 250mm full thread and.And it was real easy to install the carburator back.Ah and the nuts for the screws, you might have to cut the screw a little bit at the end.👍
When the auto-chole starts to increase the idle, adjust the Governor spring to compensate......(as for rebuilding carbs, sometimes a rebuild can nickle & dime you to death, when a new carb is much cheaper, like you said)
About to change the carb on my 7021p and I agree! For a couple bucks more why not get EVERYTHING?!🤔 Thanks for the detailed video! It Will make the project much easier👍
I know what you mean about the variants of the carburetor. Some of the HU700Fs use a lever-less auto choke, which start with the choke flap closed and are pushed open by a mechanism on the mower. I bought one of those carburetors before I realized that I needed one for the lever like you have.
@@michaelritchie9875 Honda is phasing out many of their motors. Patents have ran out. Other manufactures have copied Honda. DuroMax or Bilt Hard are examples. $149.00 motors on Amazon. Honda quit selling push mowers. Just a start. Briggs and Stratton has filed for bankruptcy.
thanks i touch them thanks figuring it out gasket to many made my day bro auto choke is ok but do not push it to far . gald you broke it before i broke mine lol appreciate it.
Looks like a great mower to modify to a manual choke setup....that would be what I'd do. Just because it says Honda on it don't make it better...just more expensive when it needs fixed, and they do need fixed occasionally just like any other engine.
The heck with picking up the cardboard , , , It`s Biodegradable plus birds will grab it up and make nests out of it ............ SEE , , , PROBLEM SOLVED FOR YA , : ) TAKE CARE BRO ,,, LOL !

I agree with You, why rebuild when you can have a new one for practically the same money !

Excellent video, well illustrated and great attention to detail. Many thanks.
Thanks!
I have a 5521P with a B&S 550EX auto choke. Works great. Just clean the carb every 2 years.
Good luck on some of the parts. They just laid off a bunch of workers at huskvarna.
Being that these are Honda made engines and used by a variety of different equipment manufacturers, I think we will be okay long into the future.

Nice job. Subscribed and liked for the box cutting alone. Thank you.

Not sure what you're trying to say but it sounds as if everything turned out well. That's good.

Make it easier on yourself use two metric alignment studs for assembly then swap out one at a time with the bolts . Much easier
I debated that but its not something most would have on hand to use.
Another job well done 😊
"ohhhhhh push mowers..." I love push mowers lol
That gasket that was enlarged was because of being soaked with gas many times
Crazy ass that's mashing the box.
Nobody knows a 18HP Tecumseh Twin i think .....
