The only one of these I remember seeing in its entirety when I was younger was the one with Kopaka Nuva. However fragments of the others also appeared in the "Hero" music video from 2005, which featured CG from the prior years of the theme. Some would also appear in the Bionicle retrospective released at the beginning of 2008.
I hope you do all the promo CDs, especially the Metru Nui ones, specifically the versions of the promos where the Toa Metru and Matoran are animated instead of still images.
