      @@PeakPilatesHQ I really need tutorial on the springs. It seems that I am confused when watching other videos. Can you give me a break down how to universally use the springs for different reformer work out videos please?

      Hi @@melinda874! Yes all Peak Pilates® reformers come with five springs. One red in the center which is heavy resistance, two yellow on either side of the red which are medium resistance and two yellow on the outside, which are light resistance. Every company has a completely different spring system, so it will vary from video to video. You can get to know your reformer further through your owners manual, which comes with the reformer and is also available through our website. Navigate to the reformer you have, click on features and specifications, and scroll down until you see the link "Download the Owners Manual". peakpilates.com/pilates-equipment/reformers/

    Good teacher just too many things that my knees could not tolerate knees and wrists actually definitely for a younger crowd I think I used to try to push through the wrist and knee pain until my daughter needed wrist surgery after doing just that with yoga and Pilates careful everyone how much time you spend up on your wrists and listen to your body
