We never had any luck with a TKX transmission.Our latest was a TKX behind a 468 Pontiac. Only made 2 runs, we are done with them
I haven't really done a hole lot of drag strip racing myself, mostly just on the street. But I've had a lot of trouble using manual transmissions for some reason. I prefer the automatics.
