Everyone seems to have forgotten how he rapidly answered to the question "You know what's inside?" at 13:58 with "Yeah, that's books." At that moment, if instead of straight up trying to corner him, if the fake delivery guy would've gotten super interested in the book topic, he could've gotten the man to start talking about "What kind of books?", "Got any recommendations for me?" and so on. By doing this, you further force the receiver of the package to confirm that it is his and on top of that, you grant him more time to talk proper english, which you can later use to counter the "I don't speak english" fake argument, enforced by the conversation around the topic of the package's content you had.
Good luck in your hunts, and make sure you send those collected infos to the FBI.

All they had to do was google for a voice translater and they could have had it translated by an app real time. They bungled this big time. They don't need to have cops on stand by with them. But they SHOULD have called the cops when the ups truck was there and they figured out he really was the mule. The guy would have been arrested and likely given up his contacts. Instead they just didn't bother, and got the video for their channel. More concerned with getting the guy to sign the media release than they were actually catching the scammers. This video really pissed me off.
