I’m a black belt in bjj and Karate, but I’m 59 years old and I haven’t being doing much for the last year, I thought I couldn’t do it the routine, but I did almost everything. Thanks for the class guys.
I've been doing this routine for about 3-4 weeks, getting further into the routine each time I did. I just went the full 48 mins for the first time and feel great! Thanks to Kevin and everyone who participated in making this video. Can't wait to see the next one!

I lack lots of coordination, but did my best to stay with it...I never just stopped. At 56, in 3rd month of getting into shape this was just right for me and added some variations to my push ups!
A few years ago after I did this workout the first time, it doesn't get old. Kevin is so charming, I haven't found many of his fights in YT, but certainly I'm a fan! These workouts have helped me twice in my life to get in a better shape, I can only thank you

My body so sweet and i thino my stomach has 2 abs hahahha but it feels like great and i love this video... i will will follow this exercise everyday so that i perfect this mua thai exercise for beginner 😉
Very good training can`t do the lasted stretches for the legs, I'm not so flexible but well doesn't matter!!Thanks for the lesson! I'm going to try to do this more!
Gave it a shot and I love it. I was trying P90X but between that and basketball, felt it was taking a toll on my knees. I think the stretching at the end of this video does wonders. Not to mention the different push-ups they do.
This work out isn't so bad when you take out all the hopping. I joke it's a great work out made it till 30 mins without stopping, my Chucky butt will hopefully be able yo do it fully by the end of the week. Thanks for the great work out!
