It blows my mind how serious they take themselves....If they weren't so naive, they'd be horribly depressed about their decisions and overall mental state.
Why don't they take steroids and do this look for real if they care so little about their health? It's so weird to me, obviously this is mental illness but other than the synthol, they are probably more or less regular people? I just don't get this at all.

It’s cheaper and easier to just work out with a good routine … I put on 70 lbs of muscle in a year 132 lbs to 195 lbs in high school .. many don’t believe such muscle mass gains are possible .. but I did it but it was long before so gyms were around .. it was done in the YMCA weight room that rarely had anyone in it
