It's a mental abnormality... same thing as men seeing themselves as women and vice versa. Or anorexic patients who see only skin and bone on their body and thought that "I'm beautiful"

How would you think some very underweight people have such confidence in themselves if what they think they look like isnt beautiful? I think she died I can't remember the end. It was on when anorexia was just starting to be noticed.
