Back in 2003 i made my own weights for bench press,dumbels,and one for biceps,i used steel bars and buckets for casting cement,its not that hard,i didnt have money for gym and i live in a thirld world country so you do what you have to for gains😂

1:00 Back when my dad was in his 20s someone else accidentally dropped weights on my dad's foot. It literally blew his foot up in his shoe. It took years of surgery to get his foot back together properly and even then it still has numb spots. They were actually going to amputate the foot because of how destroyed it was but decided to try and fix it. He's lucky that he still has his foot, it's perfectly functional and still looks like a normal foot. My dad's shoe is the only thing that held his foot together enough to get to the hospital in a state where they even considered fixing it. That man is insane for not wearing shoes. lol
