    Today, all you need is a hula hoop. It's a full body hula hoop workout, so we have a lot of different hula exercises you might didn't knew yet. We have one 45sec rounds, so it's going to be intense and a bit sweaty, but don't worry you got this💪🏽.

    Do you do leg skips with the hula hoop? That is a great alternative to jumping rope.

    I have a hoop but it's light don't think it's weighted will it still have the space effect
