Just saying that as a language student who actually understand how language acquisition works. So no she didn’t really study she acquired it probably with some self studying yes. But you don’t fake stuff like this. It’s very natural.

It is a complex subject that includes minute details about some language, from its history to stylistic devices in literature of that said language. Wow, it’s not PERFECT. But she has really good vocabulary not just the basic Spanish. You can tell she practiced her Spanish a lot cos she even casually throws in Spanish slang in conversation. She really can go in deep in a conversation

Wouldn’t call it perfect, she forgets some words and mixes some feminine/masculine versions of words. What is most impressive about this interview is her comprehension of Spanish from the interviewer, the articulation of her answers when correct and that she has no trace of an American accent. Her Spanish sounds like it came from a Mexican dialect based on the slight accent of it and the use of the slang word “mero-mero”. Overall amazingly impressive from Amber Heard, considering it’s probably her second language.

I agree, I’m an English Spanish speaker and her pronunciation is very good. But you can still tell she loves the sound of her own voice. Even speaking in Spanish she comes across as very self involved. Her Spanish IS better than mine though, I will give her that.

She's able to talk and communicate and understand which is super important. Once she corrects matching genders (she says este película instead of esta película, says experiencia mágico instead of mágica, says verlo instead of verla referring to la película, says el razón instead of la razón says la temas instead of los temas, says este moda instead of esta moda) she will really be awesome but she already speaks very vell and she has no fear of talking. She may very well be a much better Spanish speaker by now. Just constructive criticism.

AH pronunciation and vocabulary is equal to a B1 level in English. She can be understood and use intonation correctly. Some awesome usage of vocabulary. What is most impressive about this interview is her comprehension of Spanish from the interviewer, the articulation of her answers when correct and that she has no trace of an American accent.
Her Spanish sounds like it came from a Mexican dialect based on the slight accent of it and the use of the slang word “mero-mero”.
Overall amazingly impressive from Amber Heard, considering it’s probably her second language.
