James bond is classy, but his is more out of arrogance but that is how his character is supposed to be played.

So, my friend walks up to where Mr. Mortensen was speaking with some folks and signing autographs. He takes a deep breath and says in Sindarin "Man erin, Aragorn réd -o Arathorn, aran plural erain or erein -o Gondor", aka "Good morning, Aragorn son of Arathorn, high king of Gondor."

It's completely fluent but a little diluted, you can still hear the american in there in some places because he rarely speaks danish obviously. He basically sounds exactly like a danish person who has spend many years outside Denmark, speaking american english. Pretty crazy considering he didn't live in Demark for that many years.
