- JustPlanes is in the Cockpit of the TURKISH AIRLINES Boeing 777-300ER (TC-JJI) operating flight TK51 from Tokyo Narita to Istanbul. After the 12 hour flight you can see the First Officer very focused on his landing and he puts the triple down very smoothly!

When we first started the cockpit series more than a quarter century ago our aim was to try to get 50 airlines featured in the series. I can't believe we're at 275 now and counting! Its also great to have been able to film airlines all over the planet including Turkish Airlines which has become such a major player with its continued expansion. I flew WestJet in Canada coming into Calgary on a layover in a 737 (800 I believe), and it was such an awesome, smooth landing. People were high-fiving the cockpit crew on the way out and thanking them. :) Landing of the second leg, on a clear, calm evening was.... not so smooth.

Why is there only one in the cockpit ?
There are two, the camera is just focused on the pilot flying (the FO). You can hear the Captain making callouts.
