Hey April! I'm the spright player. It was a good back and forth game 2 and 3, but unfortunately I timed out on the last attack 😅. Keep up the good work! 👏
It's okay to underperform sometimes, cheer up. You're still the one that helps revive the Branded community and because of you i picked back this beautiful abomination of a deck after a long time. Keep up the good work, April
This run gave me a good laugh fr fr, all the misplays and crazy wins were just so funny 😂. Yugioh comedy gold fr fr But your content is amazing, keep it up💯
Still good content and it’s nice to see good players show honest replays and how bricking happens and such. Awesome vid man please upload all tops I’ll watch them all!
New to the channel I’ve been been wanting to play branded for a while and yo videos helped me to decide to play it Iam having lots of fun learning so keep up the great work
Hi April just found your channel been playing Yu-Gi-Oh for a long time but I'm finally giving branded a shot and I've been really loving your content. I'm currently trying to get through the Beast of a 19-hour branded guide you made and I was just wondering with the recent ban list giving branded access to the third copies of aluber and branded opening as well as the extra copies of Saranier what would you shift around/cut?
You played it as well as humanly possible with those opening hands tbh, and I respect way more a streamer who not only uploads the best games where the deck popped off and skips over the 99 other games that a deck did not run, gj April. Such opening hands are precisely why I stopped running the 50 (or 60) cards variant and only play 40 nowadays. We're LaDD turbo and going first mostly so might as well max out on consistency and ways to dodge Imperm / Veiler or odds of drawing our Called By / CrossOut tbh. Just my opinion ofc. I still wish I could fit in more of our banger tech cards but yeah..
Tbh I laughed at the memes when watching the replays on stream but you did what you could April it's alright That one maxx c challenge game was very risky I cannot believe you pulled it off and even took a lot of card advantage x3 btw I hate branded but much love to Touhou and April
Being real The thing I noticed the most is how every single Tenpai hand is always enough handtraps to stop your and also always enough to OTK through everything
Quick question. Im getting back into the game but jave had trouble playing modern decks. The last deck I played was shaddoll. Do you think this branded would be a good fit ?
I can explain a few things from my perspective. Sometimes you plan things out but while you are activating effects you change things on the fly (as you should depending on what your opponent does). While doing this you may do some stupid plays. Just did this yesterday and man, you instantly regret it but MD doesn't let you redo plays so it is what it is. I would imagine in a competition like this it is intense and players make decisions that under normal circumstances they wouldn't. Also, many pro players know how to fake toggles to make it seem like they have a certain handtrap (e.g. toggle on when you have d.d. crow only when opponent activates effects to search or send to seem like ash blossom). This can lead you to playing into their real hand traps. I'm pretty sure we all know how good April is with Branded, but even world champs make some questionable decisions (e.g. remember Jesse activating in imperm column at worlds lol). Just some words for thought. Not saying this applies to April in this competition but just in general.
I think its good to upload even if you think you underperformed. Can use it as a teaching moment/self reflection to get better. Key here imo is to strive to be better! Anyone that expects perfection every time is completely delusional and you shouldn't burden such pressure. Good job nonetheless :3
It's ok to mess up sometimes especially within a tournament knowing that right at the moment over 6k people are watching you. The only thing that makes me angry is how some people in the chat behaved. Sure there are always stupid people out there who insult others but Dkayed really need more or better chat moderation. I saw people saying stuff that goes way too far and let's be honest a lot of these players who count every missplay and insult the player, they don't even have the courage to participate at the tournament. Please Dkayed moderate your chat better because every week you have a lot of people saying things that are ban worthy.
Hey! We can really appreciate how honest of you for posting. Keep doing your great content. Cheers from Brazil.

Thanks for the great content! Im thinking of going back to branded for some time now and it now has a lot of combo lines too.

genuine jaw drop at the time limit win
god the title is so accurate (no offense)
"Technically" a top cut is still a top cut, but wow is this the most "technical" one I've seen in a long time lmao
Tenpai 😴
Love the content, branded was one of the first decks I learned when I got into yugioh
Those Tenpai replays really show how bad of a matchup it is for Branded 🥲 (also 13:35 April jumpscare)
The gimmick puppet duels were crazy and well very unfortunate hands against tenpai but still very well played

3:35 Rare brick moment i saw from branded players
much love! also, will there be a 10k subscriber special?
maybe :)
There's a really good guide on Branded I can refer you to
i need it
Tbh I laughed at the memes when watching the replays on stream but you did what you could April it's alright
That one maxx c challenge game was very risky I cannot believe you pulled it off and even took a lot of card advantage x3 btw I hate branded but much love to Touhou and April
The starting hands did u dirty in the top 16 ngl
Now that i re-watched it it wasn't bad hands it's just tenpai had exactly what it needed to stop u
Wow you played out your mind 🎉
Unlucky April. Everyone bricks sometimes - I'm currently debating cutting down on hand-traps and going for pure gas.
Being real
The thing I noticed the most is how every single Tenpai hand is always enough handtraps to stop your and also always enough to OTK through everything
Round 2 game 2 was nasty
Ay we can't win them all. All we can do is just learn from our mistakes💜
4:14 why did he use the crossout? he has the field, april's dwayne johnson does nothing
Anyways we all brick once in a while lol, keep rocking it!
Time to pull dragoon turbo, if there is only a fusion of 3 dragoon together
Quick question. Im getting back into the game but jave had trouble playing modern decks. The last deck I played was shaddoll. Do you think this branded would be a good fit ?
What happened to think twice? Some choices were indeed sus

I don’t play master duel much anymore been trying more TCG, what helps against Ryzeal and maliss?
Oo nib has it's own little counter now?
All Good, Can't win 'em all sometimes 👍

It's fine to misplay some times, it was still a nice try. I learned some things from your misplays too. Cheer up and just try again
Thoughts on tonights Champions League results?

hi
your girl chareter is sexy tho
Yeah that happens. Branded is known to be a mid-tier deck for a reason, the meta is just too insane, haha.
You're doing great!
