The problem with the rule is that its designed around the fact the cards are banned, not why they're banned. Lavalval Chain is literally harmless in its own archetype, the same is true of Galaxy-Eyes Dark Matter Dragon, it was banned because it was generic, in GE its just an all-in beatstick. Master Peace as Sam kept mentioning is more or less fine in True Draco, the reason its banned is because it can freely pop cards on the field while also being immune to every floodgate; which True Draco itself doesn't have. You wouldn't be playing Monarch traps or Skill Drain in a pure TD deck. Even Rhongonmyniad is fine in Heroic Challengers because its almost entirely impossible to summon it with the effects that make it broken.

I remember clearly the day when seereax got the kuriboh deck, that time i just came out of my exersise routine and when i saw deion get the kuribohs, i bursted into laughter since i was too tired to retain it, and even i was feeling sorry that i was laughing and couldn't stop because i was worn out and finally stopped mid duel, maybe the second one

Master duel really makes me mad sometimes. Metting the conditions of the effect doesn't always mean you can activate the effect, and that pisses me off so much. And it's not an issue of timing, because those always work properly. The "If" effects are the ones that make me mad because sometimes you just can't use them for no reason.
Who the hell cares if Lavaval Chain is banned in the real world, its definitely not banned in Master Duel, hes only using it because its part of the Archetype
