Thanks professor, the excavator is a game changer, however if i had to pick I would get a track skid steer. Of course having both is optimal. I was thinking of getting a tractor since everyone one who has a sawmill on RUclips also have a tractor but I want to try something different. Plus it’s an excuse to have more toys.
You aren't kidding about service information. I wish bobcat would be more supportive of diy service. Funny thing is I called 3 dealers and not one knew about the bleeder coupling.
Nope, there’s nothing available with out I think what it comes down to is your dealership. Mine is so busy that they really can’t get involved with helping guys try to fix their own stuff because they don’t know their capabilities. Honestly, I don’t think you really need to bleed it from the coupling in my situation. The system bled itself through the vent on the tank.
Got it, the fluid would get pushed back into the tank…except what happens when you pull the piston out, won’t it pull fluid out with it even thought the pump is off?
Good video although I prefer sawdust over oil. Would love to have an excavator like that one.

Hell yeah
You need to hide the chrome on all the cylinders before you start.
Not sure what you mean… should the piston be inside the cylinder?

Yeah i guess it pushes as much fluid out as possible

@@Ratherbemilling you just leave them closed while you swap the fluid
@jeffjames9568 got it, thanks so much
