Keep the content coming please! Love it!
Let bobcat know that you have sold them a lot of equipment! Keep the videos coming!
Thanks for your videos. I was hoping you'd be posting again. I've learned so much about maintenance and repairs on these types of machines.
Thanks for the tips on servicing our equipment.
Our pleasure! Thanks for watching
Thanks for the instructional maintenance video. As a former Bobcat saleman, I noticed that many new Bobcat customers have not had experience with maintaining industrial equipment. Teaching proper maintenance to new in-experienced owners is a valuable service to your viewers and your service customers!
Great point!
I’m glad you’re back! Appreciate All the videos back here in WA. 👍🏼
Been waiting for a new video. Thanks!
A proper service done by manufacturer recommendations ! GREASE GREASE GREASE !!!
I have an E10. It's a smaller machine than the E20, but similar enough that most of your instruction translates over. Thanks for the info. BTW, I saw you using the Form-A-Funnel on a previous video. An oil change on my Ford Transit motovan was always a mess until I got one on your recommendation. Thanks!
Thanks!
I would love to see a video about how to drain the hydraulic fluid on a E20
Please show us how to service the spark arrestor. That brass fitting seems to need some magic to convince to come out of the muffler.
Very helpful, great job!
Great video , wanted to ask if you have any torque value for the final drive bolts , thanks
Muito bom seu vídeo, muito prática sua metodologia.
Any tips on where to buy all the filters??
Thanks for the educational videos. Do you have any tips or standard procedures on how to prime the hydraulic system after an engine has been removed and the hydraulic pump has been completely disconnected. It's a 2012 t190. Unfortunately I had to replace the fuel cell.
Some machines its a good idea to manually add oil to the pumps before starting. The process depends on what style pumps you have.
my e20 glow plugs don't heat it up in the winter I leave it on two or three times and it still has a hard time starting the only way to do it is put a light bulb in the engine any other suggestions?
Can you do a service on a mt85? I have the hardest time trying to grease the front idlers. There isn’t a good way to do even with a 90 degree lock n lube adapter.
How can we change the Timing Belt at this bobcat? I have a new e 17z and I don't know how I can do that. There is no space for work
Glad to see you making videos..I learned a lot from your previous videos regarding my T250.
Glad to hear it! Its great to be back.
Can someone tell me how to change alternator on Bobcat E 20 thank you
As you suggested I installed a gauge on the case drain line. started the engine and the gauge jumped up to 40 lbs and at 3/4 rpm up to 80lbs/. Turned on high flow and engaged the mulcher head and the psi went to max on my gauge of 100 + . Do you think replacing the charge filter will help ? T770 machine, 2019 model with 325 hours. NEAREST Bobcat dealer is 70 miles and closed till tuesday. Can I use a WIX brand from local auto parts? thank you
Wow, that's crazy. Definitely start with the filter and also check the bottom o the filter canister for and old filter cap that could be causing restriction. We've had filters blow apart and people leave the cap in the canister. Not sure if you van get a wix filter as our filter and cap has recently updated.
@@tetradgroup sorry if my description wasn’t correct the local O’Reilly‘s auto parts has the spin on filter that’s located below the fan motor I bought the machine brand new so the original filters are on the machine now is the spin on filter or the canister filter more important to do first?
The canister filter is also the case drain filter so in this case you want to change the canister filter
Thank you I’ll get new folders Tuesday morning and we’ll see what happens appreciate your suggestions
What would you estimate is the average cost for parts alone, for a service like this? All the filters, fluids, etc.?
All parts and fluids were roughly $300
@@tetradgroup Good to keep in mind, thanks!
What are your thought on Takeuchi track loaders ?
I like them but parts and support is hard to come by in my area.
What would be a good first machine? I have two minis now. A tb228 and a tb240. I’m trying to learn about deleting the dpf on the 240
😊
Should just go get Kubota filters for the engine….probably cheaper and I think it’s their engine too…LOL!
It is a Kubota engine, but Kubota filters are extremely expensive compared to Bobcat, at least in my area.
Bobcat don't make any filters,,Bobcat is actually a Chinese company,,,So for somebody who doesn't like Chinese parts,,Your driving a Chinese machine,,,They were bought out by doosan in 2019,,,,Also stop wasting your money buying bobcat filters from the dealer ,,All doosan filters are made by develon filters,,A Dutch company,,,You'll probably get them half for what your paying now...
Incorrect... Bobcat is still an American company.
Bobcat was purchased by Doosan in 2007. Doosan is a South KOREAN company... not Chinese.
Doosan is just a holding company... they don't manufacture anything.
I wish you would have shown how to fill that gear oil in the tracks! 😒
