He's 37 which is still very much youth, if he was in his 60's and spoke about this stuff then fair enough. At 37 Creatine level drops would be extremely minimal so it probably wouldn't help much. Some of the things he brings up are excellent for young Athletes in there 20's and 30's and people in there 60's and older wanting to feel great again. If you start early though the maintanance later may be a'lot less

A very important thing.... is to TURN OFF THE THINKING MIND.... to cultivate SILENCE.... and through SILENCE.... connect to your Higher Mind... the mind that is part of the Mind that created us and All and Everything.... We need to REMEMBER who we really ARE..... and this we do by activating the Higher Mind through silence.... In doing this..... there are energies and information that will become available to you, that the thinking mind knows nothing about.... The speaker above, Ben Greenfield, seems to be speaking, operating, teaching from the small mind.... the thinking mind.... the limited mind.... This mind has no solutions... except getting one hopelessly entangled in countless techniques and vain pursuits.... where you run around endlessly, but like a proverbial hamster, never really get anywhere. Think of the greater Mind that is running each one of the millions of processes going on in your body each second.... Can you do that? Can your human self do that? Can you oversee and direct this infinitely complex universe which is your body...? NO, of course not.... Well.... daily find time to sit in silence and seek to BEFRIEND this awesome YOU that is running the show beneath the surface . Speak to this part of you.... It will hear you.... and teach you.... and guide you.... for That you is the real YOU..... The small self that likes to talk and talk and talk..... well.... that is the self we need to transcend.... Love and Infinite blessings to all.................

One of the very easy ways to start is avoid three whites:
      1. Sugar
      2. White Rice (Alternative is Brown Rice)
      3. Salt (Alternative is Himalyan Rock Salt aka Pink Salt)
and please please please stop using refined oils (Alternative is Coconut oil as Olive oil is costly)
Taking cold showers, doing foam rolling in night and that's it you'll be a healthier version of you for the rest of your life. Heck I even reversed my Type-II Diabetes with above stuff and exercising just 15 minutes every day

Hi Ben. Great insights abt longevity. Was a very educating session. But am surprised you didn't mention the ancient art of Yoga even once. Yoga is science to transform your body, mind and spirit. The aspects of diet, body, stretches, Prayanama: a collection of most advanced Yoga breathing techniques, spiritual growth are few of the integral parts of Yogic science. Just by practicing Yoga regularly one can accomplish half of the things you highlight in your presentation and that too without spending on expensive supplements and equipment. It's a known fact Yogi's can live beyond 100 meditating in extreme cold with bare minimum food and water. Some of the modern bio hacks you talk about are very impressive and I wld love to spread the word. Thanks once again for the enlightening session.

Also, go vegan! Dudes talking about scoffing other beings organs, then preaching about getting your consciousness in check for ultimate health and happiness, and about gratitude....it does NOT compute! We can get all the nutrients we need without taking another’s life. It’s so selfish, unnecessary and cruel. It’s not the path to our evolution 💚 I do however deeply appreciate anyone who’s trying to do this. But like the first commenter said, always do your own study into anything. I give this talk a 9/10.

Sure, on the one hand things have simply been different 100-200 years ago including the mindset of people. But also, people like Ben are just the 1% out there that love to play around with these tools, experiment....and can effort these things plus implement them and measure them properly after having the basics set up. Does that stuff actually work? Well some of that stuff is very new, so while some of these folks seem to perform significantly better (or at least make it seem so, while investing in the 4-5 digits per month into that), time will show if they also get older or maybe die of some random heart attack or failed experiment or whatnot. People like Ben make a lot of money with the stuff they play around with, it's their work that not only has the potential for benefit but can also create a lot of stress. Maybe not for Ben but certainly for a lot of other people who spend more than they can effort, who don't know how to measure things properly, who don't know how to work with all these tools, who get stuck with something because their role-model does it but probably does harm themselves (see diets like paleo, vegan or keto for example) and whatnot if you know what I mean. By the way his wife does almost nothing of what he does and according to Ben, performs at a really high level and has fantastic sleep etc!
Also, the stress (physical, psychological, chemical, electromagnetic, nutrition, thermal) has been much more appropriate to what our body is used to. For example we used to move a LOT more. I remember working almost daily on a farm in my childhood, including when it was hot or very cold, or rainy, or snowing or whatever. So this includes some work with higher intensity and a lot of work at low intensity plus little sitting (except for school). Aswell as not having all the comfort and technology that has the potential to be of great service to us but is obviously being abused -> we use it to make everything easier which creates a lack of resistence which equals reduced potential for growth which results in us becoming more weak, unhealthy and eventually (sometimes already) reliant on technology.
Nutrition is a very high stress factor too these days, obviously. Electromagnetical and chemical are common and growing stress factors too. The psychological stress is probably the most important. Biohacking, measuring everything, what to eat and what not to eat, this is bad, this is killing you, supplements, strict routines, fear, shame, worry (destruction of the planet, sleep, measurements, "high achiever",...), influence and programming by religion/industry/media/... (BIGGY), finances, family,...
My guess is that if we would live a life with a lot of movement, mostly in nature, with animals, with loving people around us, with whole foods mostly grown by oneself (seasonal, regional), not being exposed to media and cities and technology for the most part, we can perform at a very high level without all those gimmicks and tools and "hacks" (what an attractive fancy word).

Hi Thomas, I have to say it is a rare thing to have such a thoughtful reply like yours. I was making a bit of a joke with my great grandma ( who is still going strong at this time ), I know she grew up in a different world has ours, no TV and pretty much no car or not many anyway. And I understand Mr Greenfield is pushing the limit and what he does is not for everybody, I just find it a bit funny as when he talks about it, it sounds like everybody should do that to feel fantastic. But as you said if you really want to feel at your best, I believe a balanced life with a bit of all the good stuff (sport, homegrown food, family, and food for the brain and mind) and as little as possible of all the bad ones (stress, alcohol,,,,,,,) should do the trick!

The message I got from this video AND the most cynical comments in response to it, made me once again understand that fundamentally there are two kinds of people in this world at any given moment of time: those who can "see the light" and those who can not (yet?). Those who can; do understand that it is not as important WHAT you do as it is important WHY you do it... He obviously can see it, but he spent too much time here trying to get attention by demonstrating WHAT he is doing and he did not (for whatever reason) made emphasis on WHY strong enough to be noticed by those who are still "asleep" and can not see how important it is first of all to come to terms with the meaning of their lives... We people can only see "good" and "bad" in the external world only to the extent to which we possess it in our "inner world" or soul. Grace can only be received through a conscious choice to live life to inspire others. Those who do not make that choice are actually also making choice to live life of unconscious consumption. But they do not know it by definition (since they ARE unconscious(!)) because of what in psychology is identified as a protection mechanism against the "cognitive dissonance". So by pushing some of the techniques or products he is justly making those of us who are "half-awaken" to pay in various ways...

Most people that exercise all the freakin time die fairly young from what ive seen, age 60-70ish, pffft, Okinawan's don't exercise and they live to a healthy 100+

The only act that makes a human beings death mandatory in this creation is passing the belief in death to your child. The best way to know that is that you do not have any children, and have never had, or funded an abortion. If any parent has already taught their child that it must die simply because it was born into this world, it is the parent and not the child, that must then die. The parent must reap the seed of death that they have sown into the mind of their child. At death, the consciousness is released from the body that can no longer support it and transferred directly back to its source, the Sun. The word 'consciousness' is defined as "the ability to perceive". Therefore all of the dead are conscious inside of the Sun. Religion promotes the belief that everybody must die. No one ever had to die. All of the dead are inside of the Sun. THE KEYS TO ETERNAL LIFE IN THIS WORLD IS SIMPLE: NO WORSHIP, NO SLAVES.

@ Gina Thomas - If anyone values their life enough to keep it always, they will have to do far better than wild guesses. The Book of Life transcribed by The Archangel Michael is the only work that provides the exact steps to take to avoid death, which you already know is the Sun and live in this life always. If living forever does not appeal to you, you are free to go along with your original plan of following all of your previous generations to the grave. Death is Nature's Way of removing the defective seeds from this life. This is Natural Selection by the Natural Law.

Good for him. He's good for humanity. If you choose to do everything he suggests or none of them, that's your decision. And who really cares what you think or do.

Cayenne pepper and warm water enemas are great. And no, they don't burn at all, they just purge you very quickly. They actually feel very soothing and nice. Add turmeric too.

From what my doctor friends tell me, only processed oils are bad - sunflower, safflower, generic vegetable oil, canola. These are extracted using solvents - add this to your body’s inability to metabolise and you would never want to touch them ever again. And they are present in so much junk food. Cold pressed monounsaturated oils, on the other hand, particularly olive oil, as well as the oils found in nuts and avocados, are great for your body. Clearly quite caloric so consume in reasonable moderation. Needed to transport vitamins to your cells, lubricate joints - the Mediterranean secret to long life.

The cold showers is supposed to give your immune and your metabolism a boost, good idea..... breathing techniques is great for stress related issues, may also be used to help lower your blood pressure but so does your diet, and a good exercise program. Sleep is also important. With all that I mentioned and possibly a good job, as in good paying job you'll stay young forever. And if you happen to have a job that you physically work hard at, you could actually skip on the exercise program.

Think again: Because skin blood vessels constrict in response to sudden cooling, cold water immersion also causes an instantaneous and massive increase in heart rate and blood pressure. In vulnerable individuals, this greatly increases the danger of heart failure and stroke.
