I replaced door jamb and drip rail seals on my same shower door. The adhesive had dissolved on my old one so after screwing mine back on, I am going to put some silicone like you did to seal that crack between the rail and door. Also, look up Gordon Glass drip rail plugs that plug into each end of the rail.
This is the exact drip rail that I need and am unable to locate on Amazon. Can you please share a link for this product as well as the gasket. Thank you
Hi, I have an issue with the plastic trim, it is molded and cracking like a sob. I attempted to take it off, but after removing the screws I couldn’t get the bar off ( the one you replaced). I thought it was glued on but I don’t want to f it up. Is that some adhesive holding that bar on there like you were scraping off, please? Follow on question; if it possible to just replace the plastic trim? Thank you for this video I’d much rather fight through this then pay ( handsomely)to have it done

I missed the caulking step after I put the new Double sided tape and screwed it back, and put the new T shape seal on.. and she still leaks. I’ll put the silicone seal on and see if that helps it
I applied WD40 and placed a flathead screwdriver against the seal and tapped it along the length with a hammer to loosen it some. Then eventually got it sliding some and used groove joint pliers to pull it out once I got enough to grip.
A lot of people also wear a mask for allergies, even outside. Be kind. Let people do what they need to do for basic health. I've had to wear a mask inside for all home cleaning/repair for decades and yeah if pollen is crazy I have to wear it outside...now suddenly the past three years if I do that people freak out.
Thanks!
Wow thanks that's my first tip here

thanks for sharing! find it very helpful! I wonder if you know the name for the black rubber seal around the inside of the shower door?
What are the black or grey plastic strips jammed by the glass panels called?

I'm curious what type of screws were used. Could you provide that info?
Probably easier had you put the vinyl sweep on first.
Hi! Does it collect water on it? I have one that’s collecting water and drips down water on the floor after doors opened
Thank you!
How do you change the thin rubber between the glass and the metal framing.
Great Job. Can you please share where did you buy the drip rail from (the metal part ). Thanks.

is the double sided tape even necessary if you're going to caulk it? seems like the tape will be prone to getting soaked
This product is not white. It's more a sand color
why the background disco music? 😠😠
The EDM music makes me cringe and only detracts from video quality.
How to remove old strip. Almost impossible.

Yeah I have a question.... "Why are you wearing a mask, especially that you are talking into a camera?"
Are you wearing a mask in your own home?
The mask is for safety purposes, stops inhaling metal fragments when cutting the metal and possible mould.
