Wow. They’re so excited. They’re talking about things in the end of the video that appear in the sequel movie to this. I’d like to watch them see the entire trilogy.
They mentioned it doesn't seem artificial. I feel like new movies are not as well written and over compensate with green screen fake scenes. They know what's up this movie is epic. Next they should watch Indiana Jones.
Yes, movies between the 80's and 90's have more warmth, they want the audience to have an emotional experience rather than try to outsmart them with edginess.
Not all modern movies are 'cold' of course. Mission Impossible still has that same level of entertainment and Top Gun Maverick stayed true to the spirit of the original.
Before showing them part 3, it might be interesting to show them an actual western, so they have an idea of the historical context. "Tombstone" is a good one, and loosely based on actual events.
Like the good the bad and the ugly I think they d like the Trinity westerns they were really funny
@garyhillman4993 heck yeah. Pale Rider, outlaw josey Wales , unforgiven
I know this is a popular sentiment among those of us who watch this channel and those affiliated with it - but Babu and Raeen have to be some of my favorite people the internet has ever exposed me to. They’re constantly insightful, kind, intelligent, sincere, and are generally lovable. To be clear, every reactor is wonderful. I could sing all their praises. Ultimately, what I am trying to say is what a time to be alive. The fact that we can all tune in and watch people we never would have had the pleasuring of knowing from across the entire planet is nothing short of a miracle. Thanks for all the time, energy, money, and passion that goes into these videos. It always makes my day better and I sort of don’t even understand why. To all of you, sincerely, thank you.
Well said.
How is Babu so switched on that he has inadvertently guessed the plot to the sequel?? 😂 Great stuff! Can't wait for them to watch BTTF Part 2
Babu is the Biff of India!! I would love to see an Indian version of this movie, in which Babu plays as Biff.
@@gabrielesolletico6542 He's way too nice to be Biff.
@@gabrielesolletico6542 the bully Biff Tannen actually does have a prototype in real life - his character was inspired by none other than Donald Trump. Babu is SOOOO not like this.
What makes BTTF a timeless classic, is the idea of meeting your own parents when they were your age and knowing that they were teenagers too. It was a brilliant concept.
Hail to the Twin Peaks profile picture 😏
Also, it is ACTUALLY a film for "the whole family", no need for excessive violence, unnecessary erotic scenes or overblown special effects - it is really good story and character writing and good actors carrying a timeless story!
@@christiansaenscheidt9056 Being timeless doesn't depend on that though. The likes of Jaws, Die Hard, Pulp Fiction, etc... are also classics.
I was really impressed how Babu immediately pointed out the difference between 1985 and 2023. If you’d asked me I would have said exactly the same thing: cell phones and computers.
And the fact that he basically guessed the plot to the sequel!
Computers have been around since around 1945. PCs started arriving in the early 1970s. I had one in my office in 1984! Mobile phones (albeit primitive ones) started arriving in the mid-late 1980s.
@@wordsmith52Though tbf the telephone was around for a long time before it became a household item,
@@wordsmith52 Maybe apply some semantics instead of literal definitions to comments... there are major differences between "computers" of 1945 and computers of today. Something tells me Charles didn't mean computers as large as a room or brick phones... early PCs may have been around for a decade before 1985, but they didn't become affordable or accessible to the greater public for a long time after they developed into desktop size devices. Even the internet was limited to a few government departments initially before it saw wider commerical use and was launched as the worldwide web by ISPs.
I mean home computers started becoming common in the early 80's. I got a 128K ZX Spectrum +2A in 1987 for my 7th birthday.
@@MarcusBritish Hmmm - I bought a PC in 1984 for home use, and most government departments were using them by the 1970s. I was there at the time. I don't really care if you are wrong or right. I'm just stating facts - so just chill out and stop acting like a juvenile pedant! .
Look at Bhabu, accidentally predicting major points of the plot for Back To The Future 2...
...they're going to be shown the rest of the trilogy, right?
I love that the first thing these guys thought of was to use the time machine to prepare for natural disasters. They are truly some of the most caring folks out there I reckon.
"There is love and it has been accepted. But still why is the heart afraid of love"
So true, Babu
I wanna know the name of the song or is it a Babu original
It is a song from an old hindi movie. ruclips.net/video/pLlw4z-ICTI/видео.html
Raeen was surprised that such a film could be made in 1985... I think you should show them 2001: A Space Odyssey. Would LOVE to see their reaction to the end of that!
Except nobody really knows what the ending of that movie is about. :)
Very Important: if you decide to watch Back to the Future part 2, make sure you don't watch "preview" for part 3 - it has A LOT of spoilers. Just as movie Back to the Future part 2 ends, before credits, there will be "To be concluded..." and then follows spoilers so please don't watch.
Lovely reaction! Also did Babu just guessed the plot of the second movie? 😆
I know, right? They have got to see the rest of the trilogy now!
I thought that when he said it haha he’ll be surprised when he watches the second one to see they stole his idea 🤣
amazing! when does he guess ? I missed it ?
@@Chris-eh7hn He doesn’t guess but he does mention how good it would be to know sports results so he could take advantage of it 🤣
thanks! 😄@@davotion
I just love around 35:00 when Babu completely loses track of what he is saying (longest silence ever!) and Raeen starts laughing
One of these days I will remember how to spell names correctly :P
I think because the movie blew his mind. He needed a moment to regroup
What's funny is no one mentioned to these guys that we had telephones in residential use in the USA by the turn of the 20th century. They were amazed at 55'
That is what I was thinking.
Still you believed that Graham Bell invented the electric telephone, while it was Meucci instead. And your precious Congress even stated that in an official document, in the year 2000, but STILL no Americans seems to know it.
They must be from very rural parts coz Indians in bigger cities had phones and other things they were surprised by. I think they should also check out some old Indian movies which they haven't seen yet
They talked about betting on the 1983 world championship, and now I can't wait to see them react to part 2.
Did they watched Groundhog Day?
I wonder how both of them will react in the second film when they find out that Babu's idea of becoming millionaires is already there.
Can't wait to see them watch the rest of the trilogy.
Please no more of this BS trilogy!
Does the vlog author know anything else than American box office!
@@alimantado373 Well America is known for having great movies throughout history, that's why he is showing them to these people to see their reaction and share that with the world. Kinda sad that you feel the need to complain, I mean if I don't like a channel I move on, there's plenty of other channels around.
@@alimantado373 BS trilogy? This is one of the best trilogies ever made... you have no sense of taste, mate.
What do you suggest ?
I love how they thought it was a music system when they first unloaded the DeLorean!
One of my favorite movies of ALL TIME🐐 A TRUE CLASSIC 🔥🔥
Ditto 🎉
Yes it’s so sad to see Marty now 😩 suffering with a bad illness
36:00 LOL the irony of what babu is saying is awesome ! i love these guys
I couldn't believe he said that without having seen part 2! That will be a great reaction. This was my favorite movie for a very long time. So much so, I bought a DeLorean when I was younger in 1998. (The troubles Marty experienced with the car just stalling for no reason are not too far off!)
I was going to say that, too! Now they definitely have to watch the sequel!
I can't believe Babu predicted the future plot. He's a genius. Lol. I wouldn't had thought to do that :-(
Babu Bhai is Back! Great Scott!
Babu is like the grandad we all want 😂
I wish Ruby was on this one. I feel she would have caught quite a number of things they missed, but glad they enjoyed it.
I LOVE this channel.
Its so fun to watch people enjoy the movies that I grew up with for the first time. I look forward to the next 2 movies.
I suggest The Labyrinth and The Dark Crystal for the guys to watch.
They are both very unique, creative fantasy movies with epic stories and the puppet-work of Jim Henson is mind blowing, even today.
After Star Wars is complete, I also suggest the Mandalorian show. I really think they will enjoy it, and you can get dozens more videos out of it.
Definitely got to be the Ghostbusters films next 👍🏻 The 1984 one the 1989 one and the latest one
I'd love to see them react to "The Matrix" and "Home Alone". (Forget the sequels). Maybe the Christopher Nolan Batman films and the Rocky films too.
Why forget the sequals? Home Alone 2 is just as good as the first, maybe better.
@@bradders9743 "Better" is a stretch, but okay, they can include that one, but Matrix sequels are kind of a mess.
India had TV in 1985 although from what I read there was only one channel. It was probably not common in the regular villages back then but I am sure it was not uncommon in the big cities. And telephones were quite prevalent in India by the 1980's as they first arrived in India in the 1880's. Again most people in outside the major cities probably did not have their own phone and shared a single centrally located phone in their village as Babu said.
YES! Amazing series of movies! Love watching your guys videos past few years! greetings from the USA
OMG! Show them Some like it hot with Marilyn Monroe.
I don’t think they have ever seen one of the great classics in black and white and it is possibly the best comedy ever made AND they will see that people had telephones etc a long time before 1985.
Now do Indiana Jones Trilogy inshallah.
yes!!!!
I don't think you reviewed this movie yet but it'd be pretty cool if they could see close encounters of the third kind. I'm very sure it's a Steven Spielberg movie.
Some people say that fiction is "truer" then reality. The reason they bring up usually goes like this : " Fiction is drawn from reality. Specifically, the more intense moments of reality. In other words, fiction is the abstraction of the most intense moments of reality that are then condensed into a story. That story is so condensed that it seems untrue. But from another perspective, we can see that, since fiction is drawn from reality and the author keeps the most intense moments of reality, fiction is more true then reality. More often then not, we go about our day in a mechanical way because its more or less the repetition of yesterday. If you lived your life like that all the time, we'd say your living dead, barely alive. The reason is because we need adventure to feel alive and what is adventure if not the disturbance of monotony ? Fiction is more true then reality because its a succession of defining moments that we may live through our entire life.
Please watch the Dark Knight Trilogy
Oh yeah... I think an entire Batman series is in order. Start with the Adam West Batman movie, then the Michael Keaton and on up.
I want to see their reaction to Batman Forever.... thats the one w Mr. Freeze right? The really silly stylized one thats like a cartoon?
Ice to see you. 😂 Arnold is the king of bad puns in that one.
@@gwoody4003 absolutely no need for that 😅. Just watch the dark knight trilogy and the new The Batman. Otherwise it’s way to much Batman. They could watch a RUclips video which shows all Batmans.
@@gwoody4003 Batman And Robin, not Batman Forever.
@@gwoody4003Considering they appreciate Jar Jar Binks, I think they'd get a lot out of Mr. Freeze
@@guru6831 ah yes, thank you
I think they will enjoy the rest of the series 🤔 I'm looking forward to seeing them when they do see them ☺️ take care and enjoy the cinematic journey 😎
Let them know that the professor was played by the same guy who was Uncle Fester in the Addams Family movies😊
Oh. My. God.
@@MarnieGolde7 what
@@bradders9743 I just never knew that interesting fact. It seems so obvious thinking back to his face in Addams Family haha.
Christopher Lloyd also played Taber in "One flew over a cuckoo's nest".
@@chucku00i hope they show one flew cuckoo nest, such a masterpiece
"Hey, I've seen this one. This is a classic!"
U know, i love these movies and their authors, but I love you guys too.
36:00 LOL. Babu predicted the plot of the second Back to the Future movie!!
That was a pleasant surprise for sure
Babu is awesome 😂❤
The older gentleman thinks exactly like Marty McFly.
Keep it up with the classics.
Babu thought the storyline with Marty’s mom liking him was so funny but Raeen was disturbed.
It’s great they enjoyed the movie. I love these guys. It’s too bad they don’t get a lot of the jokes because you have to know nostalgic American pop culture to truly understand much of the humor in the movie.
All right Back to the future! This movie is amazing and classic.
All 3 mivies are great. Must watch ALL three!
I love how they already guessed the plot of the 2nd movie of this series :D
AWESOME REACTION!!
But please I beg of you.
MATRIX!!! MATRIX MATRIX!!! They are going to go BONKERS with Matrix like they did here.
they did not recognize Darth Vader?
LOL they figured out the plot of Back to the Future 2
I wonder if Babu will remember he predicted that plot when he watches it
amazing reaction.. the edit was short ..but i get it.. but this was amazing made me emotional even ! beautifull! too bad you guys didnt do it with 4 reactors.. i think for the ALL time classics we want the whole gang ..or another reaction with the others..but thank you for this
Christopher Lloyd is so funny😂
GREMLINS!!!!
Ehy, I'm so surprised to see how in disbelief they are that in 1985 things like cars nd telephones and tv existed. They didn't even mention 1955, but 1985. Also, Babu telling us that, in 2000 (!!!) he had to go into a shop to telephone, in which seemed to be a very old telephonic centraline is... absurd. It makes me really appreciate the Country in which I was born, since I was born in 1982 and, for me, despite the fact I wasn't born in a rich family, I had tv, telephone, my father drived a car etc., and it was completely normal. I even remember watching anime in 1986, when I was about 3 years old, waiting for my Mom to come to pick me up at my Grandparent's place! I still remember the anime: "Mirai no Shounen Konan"! A great anime, by the way, by Hayao Miyazaki!!!
Again, I love the reflections of these two warm people. It's amazing how unjust the distribution of "high technology" has been between different parts of the Earth. That some of the people have not gotten access to the same things we did. It's really sad. They deserve better.
It's also very fascinating how the sideways bobbing of the head is meant to signify "approval" - the very opposite of most European and Western countries (except Bulgaria at least, who also do assent with a sideways head-bob, and up-down bob as negation).
Oh, and obviously this is one of the MOST TIMELESS (no pun intended) movies of all time. This movie as well as Ghostbusters *defined* the 80s. Even the song by Huey Lewis is one of the most iconic songs of that decade.
80s top 5 movies, that literally defined that era: BTTF, Indiana Jones, ET, Star Wars V / VI. There are more, like "The Thing" etc... but that's just my personal top 5.
I love your reactions here and I'm always amazed at the our many cultural likenesses on the other side of the planet, but I feel like this movie was a bit distant to our on-screen reactors. There are a few things throughout the movie that they missed because... well, I wouldn't expect them to know all about America between 1955 and now. Like the scene where Marty tells the Doc that the president in 1985 is Ronald Reagan. In 1955 Reagan was an actor in Hollywood and not a politician. Doc thinks this to be absurd. Or the song "Johnny Be Good" where Marty starts playing it rough. "Johnny Be Good" was a song that wasn't known in 1955 and the style of "rock music" Marty began playing when getting rougher, was a style unheard until the 1980's and imaginably, not something even close to "rock music" in the 1950's. Nobody at the dance thought it music in the end. Just noise. That's why nobody was dancing anymore.
But again!! I love the videos!!! Keep them coming!!
Why haven't you finished this trilogy yet? You already watched the Batman Begins trilogy and now working through Pirates of the Caribbean series since this movie. What's up with this?
It's funny how babu mentions sports gambling 😉
Very good, dark knight trilogy or Truman show could also be interesting.
BABU and RAEEN I love their reactions we just needed RUBY!! I would love for them to watch UNDERWORLD and RESIDENT EVIL movies!!
LMAO when he said about George "He was retarded from the beginning" I almost died
"This movie blew my mind."
And to think it comes from the cave-man days of 1985, my teen years :P
Gentlemen. I saw this movie in a theatre on opening weekend back in the Summer of 1985. Can you imagine an audience of 1,000 people when everything was going wrong at the end? IT WAS CRAZY!
Hope you'll react to the next two Back to the Future movies. Each is great!
They should watch Lawrence of Arabia
Hey. I hadn’t noticed this before. Just before 22:05, George is holding a bra to put it on the clothes line when he says, “… you’re going to touch her on her-“
Back to The Future is one of those movies I can watch an unlimited times and still be entertained almost 40 years later. Great to watch others see it for the first time and It’s funny how they predict some things from the next movie too. lol
Babu is back horaaaay ❤️
I think Babu just had the best idea in the world when talking about using the DeLorean to gamble.
I find it very amusing that babu suggested using the DeLorean for financial gain... With that said, I'm excited for them to see the sequel!
I enjoyed this reaction.
I hope you'll introduce them to the film's sequel, Back to the Future Part II (1989).

Hope they are going to be shown the 2nd and 3rd part of the franchise as well.
Funny how the "future" of BTTF is actually in out past. But what is more interesting is how people in 1985 imagined 2015 was going to be like. A future with flying cars and hoverboards, but also still with fax machines - and largely without cellphones.
It was an intentionally comical version of the future. Lots of tongue in cheek poking fun at 80s stuff taken to the extreme.
@@brianwhite8465 of course it was intentionally comical. But it also did contain elements people actually believed about the future back then. People in the 1980s did believe we were going to have flying cars in the 2020s - if books existed about "what the future will be like", it is a safe bet they did contain flying cars. And much like BTTF, they would certainly not contain anything resembling the smartphones everybody is carrying around all of the time these days.
I'd love to see these guys react to Back to the Future 2 & 3 as well 🙏
(The three that did Harry Potter reaction)
Have they seen Forrest Gump or any other Robert Zemeckis movies already? It may interest them to know if they've seen other films he's made. Zemeckis is the modern, family friendly Kurosawa. 😁

That take on 1955 and '85 is absolutely wild. It's crazy how quickly India caught up to the developed world when you think about it.
India only started its true economical development in the late 60's. This is when the country was introduced to modern farming methods and synthetic fertilizer so indeed there's a huge difference between US 1955 and India 1955, night and day difference.
It would be AMAZING to see you guys react to A Knights Tale, a great historical drama about a boy who dreams of being a knight
