      When I first found you close to a year ago all the workouts I did were the living room ones. I so wish I had found you back when you first started. I would have kept me motivated during the lockdown. But I'm so glad I found you!

    Chris, I love that you do shorter workouts which are still challenging and have interesting choreography. Most other platforms seem to think short workout = beginner level. This doesn't take into account those of us who are 'old hands' but might be pushed for time. This was a perfect bit of cardio to get my day going and engage my brain. Thank you so much! (PS - your house looks amazing! 😗👌 I bet your lounge is just so cosy and welcoming at Christmas.)

    I used to just turn off the workout when faced with intermediate or advanced moves. I'm proud to say I completed the whole thing and while my moves may not have been graceful, I did them! Thanks for the encouragement to just move.

    Firstly, this is another fun step routine from the queen of step. Secondly, Chris you have actually changed my life since I found your RUclips workouts around two years ago. I found the step ones first, then added in strength and finally added mobility. I feel so healthy and fit, but most of all it's fun so I can envisage keeping it up for the rest of my life!

    I found you at the start of the shut downs, in your living room! I am a regular after party vampire!     If you love step there is no better channel than CDornerfitness! There are so many choices here and many opportunities to become a better stepper! I don’t know how Chris can come up with so much choreography. This one here is great for after work as it is a little shorter & slower & choreo is not too crazy but still challenging.     I really enjoyed this workout. I found you during lockdown when I couldn't get to my regular gym for my step class. I have done other workouts with you but your step is my favorite. I generally cannot walk and chew gum at the same time so the up rock tick tock hold is challenging. I couldn't quite get it this time but I will do this class a few more times and I am sure it will kick in. Even when I end up on the wrong side of the step I keep moving and catch up. Thank you for reminding people that the goal is movement and not perfection. I will try this one a few more times and I love the 30 minute class format.

      I woke up determined to get that move right. I hit the rewind button at least three times on both sides until I got it. I wasn’t doing the hold so I was winding up on the wrong foot. It helps if I call out hold to myself to remember. But, I got it! I even did a “fancy” rocking horse. This is a really fun routine especially since I mastered that tick tock hold. I need to do this one once a week. Thanks for all the encouragement!

    When i saw the living room, I waas like, Ohhh I KNOW I've never done step in the living room... New to ME... BUT it was NEW to everyone... Loved the intermediate level... Easy to follow, no mess ups, Quick and effective workout for me!! Also loved that I could see the chat.. Noisy like that....

    I did the Friday live but since it's a holiday I thought I'll find one of Chris's quick 30 minute workouts and just move a little bit more before settling in for an afternoon of basketball and movies.     I used to do Beach Body and was getting bored redoing the same workout videos and being able to quote the instructors. What I loved about this channel when I found it a couple years ago was that I could do a different workout every time or revisit some of my favorites. Love what you do ❤

    I really enjoyed this intermediate step routine. I tend to do the fast basic classes since the more challenging choreography sometimes throws me off, but I followed along and it flew by especially since my brain was really working. Thank you! I will try more of your intermediate routines.

    That was fun- I haven’t done a step workout in a while. I didn’t get all the moves perfectly but I enjoyed it and got a good sweat and will do again!

    Loved this one - as an int/adv stepper this was a fun way to slow down a bit and still be entertained and challenged! Great choreo and I put my flare on some of the moves lol! Thanks Chris 🙂

    Wow, this was a lot of fun. I'm happy to say even at 62 I can keep up. If I did screw up, it was at the scissor move, which was the only one I was unfamiliar with. No matter, just keep going! Love 30 minute challenge with no hopping.
