I love how this musical legend turns into a fanboy when he gets to hold the guitar of another musical legend

This man has seen MORE musical history than we will ever get to know. He is truly revered in my heart and presence.

Graham Nash is a wonderful human being. In person, on vinyl and through his camera lens. So kind.

Buddy Holly is my all time favourite musician, for all the obvious reasons, back in 64-65 I saw the Hollies twice and on one of those times I got Graham's autograph, so with this video I feel one step closer to the music of Buddy Holly, Because without him Rock N Roll would be.. well it just wouldn't be. Cheers

So great to see Graham's respect and reverence; and, of course, is how we feel about him too. 🙌

I was on my way to school and saw my friend Paul standing on the pavement crying. When he told me we both cried.Graham, that was so lovely.

I wrote a story that Buddy missed the plane had a car accident and lost his memory then 20 years later remembered who he was. It was a labour of wishful thinking love. I know a guy John Anderson who went to the U.S. drove to Lubbock and jammed with a guy who had played with Buddy Holly I will be green forever about that.

Lol look at him he’s a proper fanboy and I mean that in every good sense of the word. What a true artist Buddy must of been to make and tool that leather cover which does nothing for the tone mind you, but it looks so cool.

I’m surprised how well the guitar still sounds after all these years

Guitars typically sound better as they age. Admittedly, the leather cover muffles the sound a bit.

Yes, Roger Peterson. He was young like Buddy was. And Ritchie. I believe JP was the oldest person on that plane stage 28.

Chain Lightning - it's a concept of touching, seeing, being in the place your idols have been, experiencing the chain yourself. I think that is also what Steely Dan's song of the same name was about too.
"Hush brother, we cross the square
Act natural like you don't care
Turn slowly and comb your hair
    Don't trouble the midnight air
We're standing just where he stood
    It was chain lightning
    It feels so good"

Those leather guitar condoms hurt the sound. Now I know Busey is crazy. I would never have given that guitar up. I would live in a trailer first.

What a drip. You should never play Buddy Holly's guitar, you should never even touch it. According to "Spinal Tap", you probably shouldn't even look at it...
