Sorry, just want to clarify your question; you have 2 under collars? Are you working with a commercial pattern? The first undercollar may be the fabric under collar and the other may be the interfacing undercollar pattern? Only asking cause the interfacing undercollar pattern is usually 1/8" smaller than the undercollar for the fabric. So check that and let me know if that helps?
