Get rid of Tobias and get a more consistent forward. Chosing him ahead of Butler proved to be a terrible move.

At some point you have to talk about if it makes sense to build a team around Embiid. The guy just cannot make it through a season.
Philly should look at what offers they can get for him.
Embiid when healthy, is the most dominant player in the NBA. This dude for his career averages 28 points and 11 rebounds!! Look at his +/- for the Sixers in the playoff series. When he was off the floor the Sixers were horrendous. Get Embiid more help. They need a third scorer and a point guard. Maxey is really a two guard.
When healthy ok what year is this happening? 2048
Embiid needs more help and Stars than LBJ.
1st priority should sign someone that can give Embiid more time to come out the game. So Drummond, Hartenstein or Valaciunus.
Next get a shooter to replace TobiASS... like Klay or Ingram or Derozen.
Next role players like Pascal, KCP, Malik Beasley, Theis
And I would resign Payne and Melton
The only two superstar players id like the 76ers to aquire are KD and Butler. If they cant getveither of those two then just fill out the rest of the roster with reliable players.
They need to bring everyone back minus Harris
PG makes a lot of sense.
I wouldn't go for butler because he's literally been injured in every playoff series he's been eliminated.
KD as a help defender with Embid.
KD and Embid running pick and roll and posting up for mid range shots would be deadly.

2019 was their best all around team in a generation, Embiid, Butler, Simmons, Redick, Harris etc, unfortunately for them the Raptors and Bucks were both better teams in the east that year.
Adding Klay to the 76ers would be a great pickup at the right price.

Do y'all really think Paul George can mentally handle playing in Philly? As a Philly fan, I know it can be tough, and I'd have concerns. If he shrinks in the big moment, it's a wrap.
I think the best case scenario is Jimmy Butler. However this would be an underrated option...
Sign Miles Bridges as your 3rd option. He would be relatively cheap considering his past however on the basketball floor is he a stud. No denying that. Then the rest of that money can go to guys like Gary Trent Jr, KCP, Malik Monk etc...
Miles Bridges would give you better numbers then Tobias at a cheaper price. Unfortunately they gotta overcome the baggage that comes with him however. Low risk, high reward with potential short term backlash.
P.S I read the Miles Bridges police report and it's not pretty.. Maybe there's potential for redemption with him however. That's all I'll say about that.
Embiid is like KAT. Embiid needs a leader like Ant to lead. Sad thing about this is that; Embiid had Jimmy Butler but management failed to keep him. KD, LeBron, PG, Kyrie those are players should be playing with Embiid next season

Sign role players like Miles Bridges, Bruce Brown, Tyus Jones, Malik Monk, Andre Drummond, and/or with Sixers cap space they can trade for players under contract without giving up players only picks like DeJounte Murray, Alex Caruso and Zach Lavine combo or Malcom Brogdon and Jerami Grant, or Brandon Ingram

I don't think they need more role players.
They either replace Tobias for a player like KD or they need to upgrade every role player from 4-7 and that's not easy to do.
Bruce Brown would be great but good luck getting him and having enough to upgrade 2 more spots.
Bridges would be great but the nets would probably want maxey.
In my opinion maxey is a better fit with embid than bridges.
Bridges plays scared at times and is a inconsistent jump shooter that doesn't apply much rim pressure.
If they could get bridges for Harris It might be a good trade but even that trade isn't a guarantee upgrade.
In my opinion they either get a PG, Jimmy, KD type of player while keeping maxey and Kelly
Or they need to have the best depth in the league and willing to get deep into that luxury tax
@@Christopher._M The Sixers were a minus 47 with Embiid on the bench against Knicks and dropped from second in the East to the play-in when Embiid was hurt the role players did absolutely nothing. Also they can’t trade Harris he’s a UFA and I said Miles Bridges not Miakel

Ingram is another guy who gets injured a lot and always misses games. He's a better player than Harris, but how many games will he play?

Bring in role players to compliment embiid and maxey. Lowry, Batum, Payne, melton on league minimum contract and MLE on Oubre Jr. Sign a miles bridges and nic claxton. maybe buddy hield, but I wouldnt give him a huger contract.

So the Knicks with one guy that many people won't even refer to as a star, beats a 76ers team with two stars, and ESPN's math says to add another star to that team... This is why the NBA and ESPN both suck

We have 10 years data to guess his next 5 years. In the 3 playoff deciders vs Knicks he scored 1, 2 and 6 points in the 4th. He almost cost victory in game 4 with 1 point in the 4th and 5 turnovers (thank goodness for Maxey). Brunson as young as he is scored 9, 9 and 14 to carry his Knicks in those playoff deciders. Joel can average 30-35 points per game. The problem is he scores most of that in the first 3 quarters and disappears in the 4th. That is Joel in a nutshell. He was also injured in every playoff series bar 2020.
Joel Embid cannot keep going this route in Philly. Time to take the process to a bigger market 😁...

here’s my offseason suggestions DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT spend any of the freed up cap space on a aging star or superstar like PG, we need depth we need more shooting/scoring, rebounding and fresher legs with Tyrese because as much as I love Joel we need him in the playoffs im not trying to be heavily reliant on him in the regular season at first I thought about grabbing DeMar DeRozan who’s still a really good player, durable and can still score at a high level but he’s on the south side of 30 and the timeline of his career isn’t necessarily a long term option with Tyrese the only big time money I’m spending with the max on is Brandon Ingram because he’s much younger bigger taller and is a easy 25 ppg scorer as a legit second/ third option with size so I would go that route and if you can pull it off I’m getting both Miles and Mikal Bridges, resigning Oubre, and Buddy im releasing Cam Payne and getting Tyus Jones as my backup PG bring back Dwight Howard or Andre Drummond as our backup center im letting go of Covington, Tobias, Cam Payne, Melton and Mo Bamba if Paul Reed demands to much money he can go too but I rather keep him and put him at the 4 coming off the bench and we need to get Ricky Council more mins too and bringing back Marcus Morris too

I actually 100% agree with this. The winning teams in the league are moving towards what the Denver Nuggets did, not the old "superteam" model.

I personally don’t care if Paul George goes to Philly this summer. The Sixers will not get any closer to a championship. I keep telling y’all, Paul George is a failure in the playoffs just like Harden. And even if PG left the Clippers, how will playing next to Embiid be any different than Kawhi? They’re always hurt in the playoffs!
I would read all these articles on how Philly wants Paul George, blah blah blah. You can have him, Philly. Give us SEVEN 1st round futures. Then expect the same results like my Clippers just had.
