As a Mavs fan, I admit that I was skeptical when Kyrie was traded last year. He's been amazing and that trade was one of the best things the Mavs could have done. There's no way Dallas is in the WCF if he wasn't on the team. He's the oldest and most experienced players on the team and he plays all out doing whatever is needed to win the games.
They would be better with Brunson but then those other moves might not went the same if they max JB instead of him walking to play for NY. J Kidd is a driving force for this squad they locked in on D and play hard. If they keep that intensity for next season could be a contender
