    They aren't "out of options". If they keep the big 3 together, and that's a big if simply because they haven't been able to get them to a post season healthy together since 2021 (and that's mostly on Giannis being hurt tbh) - they have options.
    The Bucks not advancing in the playoffs prevented Khris Middleton from getting a bonus this offseason. Because of that, the bucks stay under the second apron, which is huge when it comes to making offseason moves as being over limits a lot of what you can do. They do have the ability then, to turn around and trade Brook, Bobby, and Pat C should they want too. All 3 of the players eat up some salary that can be used for other guys, and two of them definitely have value to other teams (bobby and brooke), that the Bucks could use to reshape the roster with younger, more athletic players.
    They don't have to just rely on minimum contracts because of their trad flexibility with those guys.
    Ergo, they have the ability to make some big changes. It's all a matter of what they want to do.

      these media guys obv know nothing and have not been watching Milwaukee so they're recycliing surface level things like "youth" and "doc" or whatnot but the truth is that this season MAINLY collapsed to injuries amidst all else. But their bench needs revitalizing and re imagine, the team could get more athletic, but more importantly than anything their core (Lillard, Middleton, Lopez, Giannis) needs to be fully healthy and stay healthy for a substantial stretch which did not happen for the whole second half of the season

    To start with, Milwaukee didn't "lose the series because those guys were injured". They lost the series for the same reason my Heat did, the front office formed a team with zero positional depth - To be fair, this is the first season into a DRASTIC change due to the new CBA(7/1/2023) salary cap but both Milwaukee and Miami lack an 80% backup for their stars. BOTH teams lost their star players, both teams got embarrassed.
    Regardless; this is 100% on the front office who formed the team, NOT on the injured players or those who tried to step up.

      LOL 6 more points? Dame was averaging over 20 in this playoffs. Jrue is averaging single digits. Jrue is garbage on offense and he was a no show on that end for the Celtics. Bucks would have been swept with him still on the team due to his complete lack of offense.

    Injuries were the reason the Bucks were a 1st round exit team.
    I remember last year, they were clowning Dallas for not making the playoffs when Kyrie was brought in, and waited a full season to see their full potential with Luka.
    Bucks must run it back and figure out how to keep themselves from getting healthy next year

    • @Jroddxilla
      @Jroddxilla 17 дней назад

      That’s the problem, they can’t. There is no path to a top seed without running Giannis and Dame into the ground. So, the Bucks will probably be the 4th-8th seed moving forward to maximize their health.
      Middleton doesn’t play Back-to-Backs so that’s 15 missed games before the season even starts. One minor injury then he’s basically out half the season because the Team will always be cautious.
      Rest of the Roster is Cheeks. And the Bucks don’t play the young guys.

      Jrue holiday is a non factor for that Celtics team. They can win with an injured Jrue Holiday as long as they have Porzingis. The reverse cannot be said. The Celtics cannot win with an injured porzingis in spite of a healthy Jrue Holiday. If Jrue Holiday stayed on the Bucks, the basketball "gods" would have prevented Hali from becoming washed. Then, Hali would torch Jrue Holiday.
