These are just some of the lovely symptoms we can have while pregnant. 😩 Our digestion purposely slows down so we can extract maximum nutrition from our food to nourish our baby, which is great! But, they’re can be side effects like the ones mentioned above! Also, various hormones relax our muscles, ligaments, etc. to accommodate our growing baby but they can also relax our esophagus sphincter, hence heartburn. 🙃
To ease your discomfort, try this daily protocol made with natural ingredients you probably already have in your pantry 👍🏻

Gonna try the apple cider vinegar water.
This summer I’ve been putting ginger in my morning smoothies because it’s been so hot I avoided tea.
Now that it’s cooling down, I’m drinking more lemon and ginger tea. It’s definitely helpful. 👌🏿
