    Do you think the weight of the print affects the z offset as the print gets heavier?

      No, it shouldn’t affect Z offset since everything is so solid

    you need a laminate trimmer with a flush cut bit for cutting off the brim.

    I’ve never considered using a router to remove brims before 🤔

      Only thing I’d be worried about is chipping/shattering the material, but it would save a lot of time.
      Are there router bits that grind/sand with a rasp-like cutter instead of a blade?

      @@NathanBuildsRobots no they just cut, but one with a ball bearing guide should work well. Routers spin at such a high rpm I don’t think it would chip if you go slow & steady
